How’s This For Consistently Getting The Word Out?

     (Even In An Extremely Crowded Market Place!)

You may or may not be aware. (At least in the United States anyway.) When or “if” the Feds raise the interest rates just a little bit too high.

It actually has a slightly or dramatic temorary or or negative long term down affect on the entire economy.

But some industries as you’re about to “discover” almost crater overnight. So consistently getting the word out especially in an extremely crowded and therefore ovely competitive market.

Is always an ongoing challenge. Don’t you agree?

Successfully Growing A Business Or Service Is A Lot Like Nurturing A Plant!

So when thee feds raise interest rates. The overall cost of money just got more expensive.

And in the building industry this can potentially have a huge impact of new construction sales. House sales in general and refinances.

Major developers experience a temporary dip in their higher end house building requests. Residential realtors and agents see less funding (mortgage requests) both requests or less funding approved.

And by extension real estate attorneys who specialize in residential or commercial closings.

They experience a temporary dip in closing requests. Less blueprints are sold. Mortgage brokers, especially those who who work off 100% commissions. They temporarily feel it too.

Hopefully you get the idea of “how” much all of these driving businesses and service providers are both inter and intra dependent on each other.

It’s The Opposite Effect When The Overall Economy is Booming!

On the other hand when all of the aforementioned businesses are in full swing. Because the overall economy is steadily humming along.

Think about all of the previously untapped marketing opportunities currently buried in all of the positive situations.

Your wine and champagne and distributorship can routinely and strategically supply these business owners and service providers can offer your extremely time sensitive gift certificates to there:

1.) Their VIP (Very Important Person) customers.

2.) Their top managers or supervisors.

3.) Their VIP customers.

Just for starters. And of course all of the above know other locals, right? So you know at least some of them will be consistently spreading the word both on and offline, right?

Sometimes Just A little Front End Marketing Elbow Grease Can And Definitely Will Go A Mighty Long Way!

A major developer who celebrates the building of a multi seven figure project.

And it’s you or your major competitors bubbly they’re sharing at the event. You best believe some in attendance will definitely want to know “how” or where they can get hooked up asap. And as the word steadily spreads.

Some of these initial contacts will develop (over time of course!) into some term, mutually beneficial arrangements. For literally pennies on the dollar.

The top mortgage brokers could send some of you or your major competitors best market tested, extremely time sensitive discount coupons for:

1.) Any referral business their customers have sent their way.

2.) For doing X amount of business with them.

Entrepreneur no matter “how” you slice it. Strategically getting the word out. Especially in an extremely crowded market place. It’s definitely job one. Don’t you agree?
