(And Not Just Pretending To Be!)
hopefully you/we all get the (marketing/promotional) meaning behind playing the long game. correct? Especially with regards to building either companies or your personal brand.
Regardless of what you hear or read “what” 99% of the on and offline gurus say. Successful marketing, promoting or even successful, traditional advertising.
Definitely takes loads of patience. As well as the ability to adapt the mindset of never getting tired or bored with strategic A/B split testing various components of your on or offline sales funnel. Makes sense, does it not?
You Should Be Leveraging Building Your Brand Visibility As Often As You Possibly Can!
For a moment fellow profit seeking entrepreneurs. Take a rather large step back. And take a much closer look at the feature image. Embedded in this particular post. That’s a rather large skyscraper type of building. Is it not?
So you know it took several years to build, correct? And tons of different types of workers to complete it, right?
And once it was completed. Then all of the different businesses, service providers and their workers occupy the building, do they not?
And each office suite in the buildings, needs heat and air conditioning right? There’s a maintenance crew to maintain the building, right? Electricians were needed to properly wire the building, right? And elevators are needed too, correct? And commercial phones in each suite.
Hopefully you’re starting to get the drift of “what” playing the long game means. In this particular instance. Look at all of those incomes of practically every level. Being generated on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
And With Just A Touch Of Word Of Mouth And Mouse Buzz! (You Or Your Major Competitors Can Do A Whole Lt More With A Whole Lot less!)
Every one of those workers. Are taking at least part of their paychecks and. They’re either paying rent, leasing. Or they pay on their mortgage, right. More than likely the vast majority of them at least sometime drive to work, correct? Which means at least some of them are still making their car payment.
And vehicles periodically need some type of ongoing maintenance, correct? They need gas. They also need periodic tune ups. The brakes and tires need to be replaced every now and again.
Let’s not forget about Insurance. Their homes, condos, townhouses or apartments need some type of furniture, right? They buy groceries every so often too. Do they not? The vast majority of them pay a cell phone bill.
And the building need plumbing right? The point is ladies & gentlemen. (And fellow profit seeking entrepreneurs.) Can you now better appreciate all the periodic and ongoing incomes? On practically every level.
Which are both initially created and are ongoing. Each time any type of major construction takes place. And this 30,000 foot overview. Barely scratches the surface.
In terms of the various economic opportunities being created. You and or your major competitors will readily see more of the traditional marketing/promotional angles.
