How many times have you heard or read it on or offline ladies & gentlemen? You and I are instructed to leverage this or that, correct? But the $64,000 dollar burning question ultimately becomes.
How to leverage assets no matter “how” insignificant you think they are? Especially if you don’t currently have any or very little influence. And to add further insult to injury.
Your pockets simply aren’t that deep. And to date you’re not exactly considered any type of so called marketing guru or guruette. This being the case. Can you see any valid reasons why you shouldn’t start where you are and leverage as much as you can? As often as you possibly can?
Don’t Be So Sure You Don’t Have Access To Some Income Producing Assets!

Think about how they could potentially be easily customized to suit your specific products or services. Also notice “how” some of these pages don’t have opt in email forms. While others do.
You can easily add a standard opt in box once or any time you need to.
Are You Against Consistently Generating Some Potentially Bank Account Filling Marketing Leverage?
If you also have the skills to create state of the art, stand alone, fully functional landing/sales pages. Or state of the art sign up forms.
Would you seriously consider creating some for local, non directly competing small business owners or service providers? Just to showcase your skills?
Maybe offer a three tier price structure. Your highest price for vendors who don’t join your opt in email list. And don’t sign up for your paid email service provider. Using your affiliate link. 😀
Your medium tier price is those customer/clients who do join your opt in email list. And don’t sign up for their paid email service provider. Using your affiliate link. Because maybe they already have a paid or free email service provider service they’re happy with.
Your third tier price structure model is your most favorable to your one time customer or your long term repeat clients. They get ethically bribed for joining your opt in email list. And for signing up your paid email service providers product. Using your affiliate link.
It Definitely Makes Sense For You To Ethically Bribe Your Ideal Prospects Or Customers!
The main point being. Maybe you lower your prices even further. To create a real world sample portfolio of your work. So potential customers get an idea of what your lead capture/sales page creation services can do to and for their bottom line. (Given enough time to strategically test various ideal prospect/customer generating strategies & tactics.)

Or it could be fully customized for a local Tattoo parlor owner or a carpet & upholstery cleaner. And you can charge accordingly. Your client may want to have you or me add an opt in form to their landing page. This way they can start building their very own list.
Which helps them power network and JV (Joint Venture) revenue share with other local, non directly competing vendors. And by helping them increase their front or back end gross profits. Your/our profit generating cred increases too, correct? 😀
