How To Increase Sales Volume While Your Major Competitors Only Increase Their Ad Budgets! Part Two

After reading part one of this ongoing series, hopefully now, you can better appreciate, how to increase sales volume, without having to constantly spend a ton of more money.

And you also better appreciate, the way you or your major competitors convert all too common marketing situations and advertising challenges, into previously untapped, multiple steams of income producing opportunities.Correct?

The vast majority of your major competitors, currently have rock solid, personal and business relationships, which they have currently monetized, in some type of reliable way.

They know other non directly competing, recognized and respected experts, and they’re not leveraging these experts, current, past or future customer/client base.

You Build And Nurture The Right Power Network And Your Business Or Service Can’t Help But Grow!

Switching marketing/promotional gears for just a second. Let’s say you run a small, Mom & pop carpet cleaning service. Which means, you’re not only semi cash strapped. But you’re resourced challenged as well. But in a good way.

Sadly, these all too common circumstances, will prevent a staggering 97% or more of your major competitors, from consistently scaling and growing, correct? Absolutely.

However, just because a service provider or small business owner, may initially start out, as semi cash strapped. Doesn’t automatically have to mean, their current, future or past power network members, are semi cash strapped does it? Huh?

Say for example. One of your clients, is an incredibly successful, commercial real estate broker.And part of this brokers thriving business, is a commercial property management division.

And let’s say, one of this brokers, commercial properties, which his company manages.It has 21 stories, at ten suites per floor. Here’s a simple, straight forward JV (joint venture) arrangement you or your major competitors might propose.

Power Networking With Non Directly Competing Vendors With Bigger Networks Or More Influence Than You Equals Big Profit Generating Potential!

Right out of the gate.Don’t ignore or discount the fact.A staggering 50-70% of your non franchised, local carpet cleaning services providers.For any number, of what they think are perfectly valid reasons. Still don’t have a state of the art WordPress website and or blog.Say what? That’s correct.

And they also don’t have, a state of the art, paid email service provider.And they don’t have apps for their prospects or customers to download. And no plans of offering or developing any, any time soon.

Which means, their major competitors, are consistently crushing them, because they aren’t generating, any online business whatsoever. No followers on social media. And no potential bank account filling reviews, on Yelp or Google My Business etc.

(Extremely important note: This particular post, is not attempting to suggest, you can or should try and compete, with services, who are strategically utilizing the Internet, while your small business or service isn’t. Instead, it’s attempting to demonstrate, how you can effectively compete, (to some degree or another),with some of these major competitors.

Even though your business or service, isn’t all that Internet marketing savvy yet.)

The Strategic And Continuous Use Of Some Form Of Marketing Leverage Can And Will Make All The Difference!

So what if you or one of your major competitors, allowed the commercial broker, who is at the center, of a potential marketing tsunami, to offer your extremely popular, “Get Ready For The Holidays!” special promotion.

In which, the broker informs all the tenants, (meaning) business owners/service providers, who are tenants of the 21 story complex.

To take advantage, of an extremely time sensitive offer.Where for an extremely limited time, they can get not one, but any two rooms of carpet cleaned.

And save 20 or X% off the first room and 15% off the second room. But they must call and set their appointment before a specific date. Keep in mind. Those discount percentages, are strictly for marketing illustration purposes only.

And your arrangement with both the broker and their entire office staff is. As long as your offer, (either) produces, X% amount, of gross front end revenue. Or X amount of first time customers.

You’ll do the brokers home, either free, or at just 10 -20% above your actual hard cost. And their staffs homes, for 30 or X% off your normal retail rates.

The Bigger The Overall Influence Of Your Power Network! (The More Long Term Profits You Can And Probably Will Make!)

Keep in mine, your successful commercial or residential estate broker. They know, and in all likelihood, already have established relationships with, painters, landscaping companies, pool installers, moving companies, furniture store owners, remodeler-s, interior designers etc.,

And guess what? A certain percentage of those non directly competing vendors current, future or past customers, have or will have carpets and upholstery, which definitely needs to be professionally cleaned periodically, right? Absolutely.

Look at all of these potential untapped marketing possibilities.Are you starting to better appreciate, how to increase sales volume, without constantly spending more,on your traditional advertising or promotional budget.
