But if you co-broker the sale, with another agent or brokerage firm. Then you typically earn half or 3% of the final sales price.
So on your all too typical, $500,000 dollar sale. You’ll either earn $15,000 or $30,000 dollars, in front end commissions. ($500,000 x .03% in commissions = a $15,000 dollar gross front end commission.
And your typical 6% gross front end commission = a $30,000 dollar front end commission. ($500,000 x .06% = $30,000 dollars.)
