Honestly, “how” much real (elbow grease) time have you consistently spent trying like everything, to get your content (no matter) “what” particular form it’s in, to rank on one of the major search engines? It’s no picnic is it?
And no matter “how” much you study and apply “whatever” it is that you’re learning, proven search engine optimization strategies and principles, constantly change and evolve like your local weather! Does it not?
And Google (more than any of the other) major search engines,seems to revel in constantly changing their criterion, in order for you and I to consistently rank on the top of their first or second page, for any specific keyword and or keyword phrase.
However, since consistently getting (and or) creatively generating highly targeted traffic to your state of the art (mobile responsive) WordPress blog, (thank goodness) doesn’t have to rely solely on the likes of Google and or any of the other major search engines (free) organic listings!
And if your conventional ad budget is currently a little tight, (rest assured)you’ve still got some incredibly viable options!
So How In The World Does A Cash Starved Small Business Owner And Or Service Provider Consistently Drive Highly Targeted Traffic To Their Site When They’re Just Not All That Proficient When It Comes Implementing Proven Search Engine Optimization Strategies?
(And Truth Told They’re Not All That Eager To Learn Any!)
Ladies & gentlemen, it’s certainly not a stretch to suggest that a ton of extremely hard working (not to mention),profoundly dedicated entrepreneurs (especially) those that work in the traditional offline bricks and mortar area, are pretty much clueless when it comes to some of the proven online marketing fundamentals.
Would you agree with that statement? Case in point: fairly common terms such as search engine optimization don’t readily register as much as (say) terms like “inventory” or assets and liabilities do.
And I personally (totally) get it when they roll their eyes at the very mention of them being far more pro-active on the various social media platforms, than they are currently.
Hey, they’re busy (24/7) trying to run, grow and maintain a profitable business as best they can!
So when it comes to being well versed in “what” it’s really gonna take on daily basis to consistently generate some highly targeted eyeballs to their website/blog, without simply writing a check and trying their luck with (either) some banner and or potentially costly Pay Per Click (PPC) ad campaigns etc.
So Where Is The Average Extremely Dedicated Small Business Owner Suppose To Find The Extra Time Needed To Become Proficient At Search Engine Optimization?
There is simply not enough hours in the day, for them to be (both) expert in “what” they do and Internet marketing as well!Right?
So when they hear it suggested that perhaps there is another extremely viable alternative to consistently driving highly targeted eyeballs to their WordPress blog, without necessarily having to use the traditional methods. Like constantly buying outrageously expensive ads etc!
They at least get semi hopeful.Of course it’s readily understood, that these unconventional marketing methods will definitely take some serious continuous effort and time, in order to initially get them off the ground as well!
With that said: any idea “how” many local (non competitive) business owners and or service providers could definitely use some free forms of incentives, in order to periodically reward their rank and file employees and or associates, as well as their upper management too? That they don’t necessarily have to pay for?Hmm? What’s up with that?
Say for ex: a local retail appliance center, “why” not start systematically approaching (initially anyway) your neighboring small business owners and service providers, and offer the owners( some extremely time sensitive) new customer only VIP discount gift certificates to give to both their newly hired employees.
Their current employees on their birthday, Xmas and new years, on the announcement of an engagement and or new born etc.
Savvy Entrepreneurs Don’t Have To Rely On Search Engine Optimization In Order To Consistently Drive Highly Targeted Traffic To Their Website!
Plus after their one year employment anniversary and after their fifth year etc. A little strategic testing may very well indicate which frequency is best!
And of course it goes without saying, they will totally hook the owners up with say $2,000 dollars (and or X dollars) worth of state of the art really cool stuff, at the retailers actual cost!You know, state of the art home entertainment systems, tablets, flat screen TV’s, outdoor grills etc!
And in exchange for the retailers generosity, the business owners consistently (either) place the VIP discount gift certificate coupons in the employees checks or place the retailers flyers (exclusively) on the company public bulletin board(s.) in or around the break room etc.
They’ll also periodically mention them in their company newsletter etc. And the coupons will simply drive these all too eager employees to the retailers special lead capture page, where they’ll see a brief (3-5) minute welcome video from the owner/manager (at the time!) and are instructed to come in asap in order to get their special (annually renewable), two sided VIP discount card!
And every time they bring a new potential customer with them, whose 18 and over, they automatically get an additional 10% ( or X% off) of their entire purchase price!
Irregardless of “how” much their already saving! In short, let’s say after 24 months of persistent hit & miss with this particular underground marketing approach. They now have a grand total of 27 local small businesses and growing!
That are actively taking advantage of this retail appliance centers offer. And let’s also state they’ve received plenty of not interested at this time responses!
And “no thank you’s” and more than their fair share of “let’s us think about it and we’ll get back to you” Luke warm responses!So this is not some fly by night instant success marketing tactic! Not by a long shot!
However, through dogged persistence, they’ve managed to get 27 local companies (that currently) have a total of 945 full and part time employees collectively speaking!
In part two, we are going to delve even deeper into this rather simple use of strategic email marketing! But until then,can you see “how” an extremely savvy local company could use a rather straight forward marketing method like this, to consistently drive a ton of local eyeballs to their various websites/blogs, without having to be totally dependent of good old search engine optimization,in order to do so? Say yes! Good!

Actually, this is really nice discussion about getting traffic. Honestly, I love search engine traffic because it gave me at %15 to %30 of my whole traffic came from Search engine.
I admit search engines isn’t what we have to focus on it, but at lease a bit pay attent. You know..? No spend money for SEO service or anything else. What you have to do is to focus on readers and enage.
Providing the quality content is the secret of SEO friends. You know..? If you readers love your article, and then they link to and share it. The coversion rate will improve. Google is now rank your website depend on Conversion…

I love your innovative way of thinking. It’s truly “outside the box.”
SEO can be great, but mostly it’s not.
It’s too time intensive and as you point out, nobody really knows what the search engines will do when it comes time to rank pages. They don’t even know! Everybody “thinks” they know, just like the weatherman “thinks” it will rain today. But I wouldn’t try to hang my hat on that one, nor would you.
So, as an alternative, you’ve given some really great sidestep tactics that help us move our business forward without search engine optimization.
I think that’s perfect because I think every business wants to move forward, and if they can do it without SEO, they’re perfectly happy to. After all, are they looking for page one rankings, primarily? Or do they just want to improve their bottom line. The two things don’t necessarily go together. But doing the things you suggest pretty much guarantee bottom line improvement, and that’s what every business REALLY wants.
