How To Create A Marketing Strategy You Can Rely On!

   (Regardless  Of What State Your Local Economy Is In!)

Ever heard the phrase, “putting the cart before the horse?”  It definitely makes sense, does it not? Entrepreneur “how” can you or I. Possibly put together a fairly realistic marketing/promotional budget of any kind.

Without having a pretty good idea. What your ideal customers total lifetime customer value metrics are. After you run your numbers. Now its not only a whole lot easier.

And you  no longer have to speculate, how to create a marketing strategy you can definitely rely on. O.ne which, after its been systematically A/B split tested.

Tweaked and constantly adjusted etc. It consistently produces reliable results. And the front end costs don’t fluctuate wildly. Does  this sound like something you’d definitely like to know more about?

Sometimes All You Initially Need Is A Simple Marketing Plan! (In Order To Get Things Moving In The Right Direction!)

Before diving in head long. Please make (darn sure!) You’re not one of these profit seeking marketers. Whose constantly wasting a fortune, trying to build so called “brand awareness.”

Because “if” that loosely describes your current advertising/marketing process. My friend you’re not only going to need extremely deep pockets. But a ton of patience too. Before you ever begin  to consistently receive any type of bankable results.

Case in point. Ever been driving along and you notice a local billboard ad or two? Odds are, unless they’re one of your local billboard ad campaigns.

You honestly have no idea whatsoever, what product or service(s) are being marketed and or promoted, correct? 😀 (Nod your head cadets, because its true.)

 It may not be totally obvious until you invest in one of those outrageously expensive and “how” cash intensive they truly are. Because you and I definitely will not remember them. In less than 30 minutes after seeing them.

On the other hand. Whenever an extremely close friend, sibling, extremely respected colleague, neighbor and or in – law etc.

Highly recommends whatever. You and I tend to pay far more attention, do we not? 😎 So it’s far better to approach your marketing and or promotions from that evergreen angle.

Because not only is it far less expensive. But it’s a ton easier to build, long lasting relationships. And what profit seeking entrepreneur could be against that?

It’s Definitely Not About Which Particular Platforms You Market Or Advertise On!

Sure, you could waste between $25,000 – $75,000 dollars per month, (or more!) On some outrageously expensive local billboard ad campaign. Trying to promote your retail jewelry business.

And my honest guess is. You’ll generate a few first time customers. But “how much” per lead will that outrageously expensive approach ultimately cost you? Can you really afford it?

But “what” if instead. You and or your major competitors at least inexpensively tested the following approach. And only “if” it paid for itself.

Or broke even on the initial front end, would you go any further. After successfully negotiating some type of potentially profitable strategic alliance, with a locally, independently owned women’s clothing store.

Either on the stores traditionally slowest days of the week. Every customer who spends at least X. (They’ll strategically price test. In order to discover which particular price point(s), consistently generates the optimal results.)

For an extremely limited time. Those extremely lucky ladies. Have the option to:

1.) To come alone to your store and save 15 or X% off up to $500 or X number of dollars. (Not terribly exciting, correct? 😀 )

2.) Or simply for joining you or your major competitors opt in email list. And for dragging a friend with them to your store.

Whose at least 18. For an extremely limited time. They can purchase an extremely eye catching pair of diamond studded earrings. Which typically retails for at least $650 dollars or X.

But because they drug a friend with them. They only pay half or whatever your actual hard cost is. Not too shabby of a promotion. Would you not agree? 🙂

Of course, as long as their friend/guest also joins you or your major competitors opt in email list. Before they leave your store. They automatically get hooked up too.

And you know the more locals, you or your major competitors have strutting around showcasing your awesome looking bling. The more business you’ll ultimately do, right? Because of X% more, positive word of mouth and mouse exposure.
