How To Consistently Generate Magnetic Content Marketing Ideas!

(Even Though Your Mind Is Firing Total Blanks!)

So here you are, struggling yet again, to find some meaningful inspiration, to create some helpful content for your extremely devoted audience!Sound all too familiar?

And by now, you’re past feeling desperate for some type of proven content marketing system/method, you can rely on, correct?

My friend, welcome to the club! Honestly, there is an extremely good chance, once you get past your avalanche of self doubts!

You probably, in all likelihood, already have direct, and or indirect access to more than enough, resources, to consistently generate, all the helpful, magnetic content generating ideas, you could ever possibly need! Seriously!

It’s just, right now, for whatever reasons, you don’t have enough belief, and or confidence, in your ability to convert all of the stimulus you constantly come in contact with, on a daily basis, into some type of extremely helpful relevant content.

But hopefully after you watch the accompanying “how to” video below, your content marketing challenges, will be less of an issue!Time will most certainly tell.

So How Do You Consistently Generate More Content Marketing Ideas Than You Could Possibly Handle?

First of all, sense both you and I, live in the real world, and come in daily contact with all types of creative stimulus, throughout the day.

It’s really more a question of where you’d prefer to start.Case in point; the video below, features one of the world’s foremost experts, when it comes to using the WordPress platform, to build,(either) your website and or your (mobile responsive) blog.

That of course, would be Christina Hills of the websitecreationworkshop.com fame.Christina has an awesome “how to” video, that details at least, five proven methods, for consistently generating, fresh content marketing ideas.(Of all sorts mind you.)

However, before turning the show over to her, (entrepreneur) think about the following five, (all too common), every day,  re-occurring situations, and “how” they can potentially help you consistently generate, some real world, “how to” problem solving content, for your specific target market, they’ll truly appreciate and benefit from as well.

1.) All too common situation # one: So while you’re standing in the checkout line at your local grocery store, and or bakery, and fiddling with your smartphone etc.

And as you casually glance over, while your eyes rapidly skim the magazine rack, you suddenly receive a much anticipated aha moment!(About freaking time, right?)

So you create a blog post (or two) about,”How” standing in line at the grocery store led to a major marketing breakthrough!”

Or: “Three potentially profitable lead generation strategies I discovered while grabbing some cucumbers at the local grocery store!”See what I mean, about converting (every day) real life situations, into some extremely valuable content! On that note, take it away Christina!

Who Says Your Next Lead Generation Strategy Breakthrough Isn’t One Visit To Your Local Bookstore Away!

2.) All too common situation # two: Or maybe while browsing your local bookstore, one of the titles literally jumps right out at you! So you create (either) a  really short 2-3 minute video, and or a blog post, podcast or all three!

And you create some extremely valuable content around.”How” my last visit to Barnes & Nobles really helped me better understand my 17 year old daughter! (Much better!) Hmm? What’s up with that?

3.) All too common situation # three: Or maybe while taking your dog(s) for your daily evening walk! You get that much needed creative jolt of inspiration!

So you (either) create a short 2-5 minute video or write an inspiring blog post about: “How taking my dogs for their evening walk led to an incredible personal breakthrough!”

4.) All too common situation # four: Or maybe a relative convinces you to watch their twin seven year olds, for a few hours and bang! Another aha moment of marketing clarity comes crashing through!

So you blog or podcast about:”Five incredibly helpful insights I realized while baby sitting my sisters twins!” (And or) while caring for my aunt!

You know your audience will be dying to know what those specific insights were, right?

Entrepreneur Convert Some Of Your Every Day Occurrences Into Some Incredibly Powerful Lead Magnets!

5.) All too common situation # five: Or you might share the breakthrough you had while waiting to be seated at a popular local restaurant!

So you may blog or create a short video about:”How” standing in line at a popular local restaurant taught me an incredible lesson about humility!”(And why I will never publicly complain about having to pay for an expensive meal ever again!)

Entrepreneur, hopefully you’re starting to get the idea, right? Great!

And you see what I mean? Correct? So now you’re (hopefully) starting to realize, you really do have more than enough real world situations, happening every day, for you to consistently generate more than enough content marketing ideas, than you could ever possibly handle!Don’t you agree?

  1. Hi Mark,

What a fabulus post about a topic that is near and ear to many bloggers.

Yes there have been times when I’ve had a complete blank about what to write – not the topic but the approach I should take.

The points you gave here are extremely valuable and will most definitely help me as well as the many clues you gave like whilst visiting a book store, will also show me the format to take – and that’s what I’ll be grateful to you for.

Simply open our eyes and look around around at the world we live in and enjoy what we have – this step alone will help us to “see” opportunities for our blog content. that previously escaped us as we so often take things for granted.

Always great to visit your place Mark – awesome post mate

Best wishes from the remote Thai village marketer

  2. Hey Mark,

It’s been a while but let me say first off, I have to say I’ve notice a change in your writing style and I’m loving it. Although you had some genuine content in the past, your new style is a lot more engaging.

Also I like the ideas you brought up. Especially for everyday situations. This happens to me sometimes whenever I come up with content. It’s a great way to engage your audience even more so with everyday situation that they can relate to. In this fashion, it gives them a reason to come back for more of your content.

I also practice tips 2, 3, and 4 on the video. It’s beneficial to diversify your content up so your readers don’t get bored with the same type of content. It also helps with SEO whenever you change it up from time to time.

Thanks for sharing Mark! Have a good one!

  3. Hi Mark,

Creating content for our blogs can get us stuck. Unless….we use the above ideas you have mentioned.

We have to realize that ideas can come to us from standing in line at the grocery store, to walking our dog and many people will be interested in what we have to share.

My problem is I get too many ideas lol. This is why I write them down while I’m out on my notes on my phone or a pen and pad. Then, when I come home I just transfer them into my “Idea” folder on my computer. Sometimes I can write endlessly about one thing.

Christina’s video was very helpful. I like her idea about looking at Youtube to get an idea. Some of the best can come from there.

    Thanks Mark,
