So have you also noticed how everybody (including) the leading gurus and guruettes, love to talk about gaining and or maintaining, some sort of competitive advantage?

And of course, for the right amount of money, they will gladly share their market tested insights, into how you and I consistently do so.  😀

For sure, some of the highly influential men & women, most definitely have little known, rarely revealed insights, you and I need to be aware of.

But on the flip side, there are lots of low cost, potentially high impact strategies and or tactics, which you and I should definitely be utilizing, in order generate and or maintain a competitive advantage.

Lots Of Times Your Initial Competitive Advantage Can Be Found Within Your Current Or Future Customer Base!

Case in point. Let’s say you currently run a gourmet beverage distributorship, which specializes in some great tasting, gourmet coffees, teas, cocoas, lemonades and high end wines and champagnes.

And you’d like to sell more of your retail wines and champagnes.

So rather than continually wasting a fortune, on outrageously expensive, traditional advertising and or promotional campaigns.

Instead, you initially reach out to your commercial broker, who originally leased your commercial space to you.

And you leverage this relationship, to be introduced to some of the top residential real estate brokers (and top law and CPA firms) in the area.  😀

How To Gain Competitive Advantage Even If Your Business And Or Brand Isn’t A Household Name Yet!

And the primary reasons, you want to be personally introduced to a few of the top, residential real estate brokers in your local area, is because of the many long term relationships they’ve already established and and currently nurturing.

For ex, they know who the top real estate lawyers are. Who the top title companies are, the roofers, lawn care specialists, rehab specialists.

They know who the principals are, for the best elementary schools, middle and high schools are.Do they not?

They know who the top mortgage brokers, bankers or private tennis instructors are. Who the best personal trainers are.Where the best places to shop for,high end designer jewelry, retail appliances, who the best CPA’s, CFP’s (Certified Financial Planners) are etc. Correct?

High Powered Buzz Marketing In Some Situations Is As Good As Cash!

They also know who the most influential members of the local chamber of commerce are. Do they not?

And they also know who the most successful local developers and local TV and radio personalities are.

(Think about what those connections alone, could be potentially worth to your bottom line, long term.  😀 )

They know who the top local car dealership owners, florists and or plumbers are, correct?

And guess what each of those individuals and or companies/services, all have in common? They too have their best customers and or clients, do they not? No doubt.

And they too have extremely close relatives, in-laws, neighbors, co-workers and or colleagues, who have birthdays, wedding anniversaries and or receive promotions etc.

Implementing Some Really Simple Lead Generation Strategies Can Definitely Open The Door To opportunity Wide Open!

In fact, (let’s) back up for just a second. What if you (and or) your major competitors create a strategic alliance with a few local radio and TV personalities.

And whenever they give house parties and or social events. You provide both the champagnes and or wines. 😀

Since these mega local personalities, are constantly rubbing shoulders, with the local men & women of influence, and they’re serving your high end wines and or champagnes, at their house parties and or social events etc.

And these events, along with your champagnes and wines, will frequently be showcased on social media. Which isn’t such a bad thing, correct?  😀

Plus they’re constantly purchasing your high end beverages, to give away as various types of gifts.All this perpetual massive exposure, ultimately translates into tons of initial and repeat business.

Power networking 101 at it’s best. Don’t you agree?  😀

The main point being, hopefully you now much better appreciate how, you can definitely gain a competitive advantage, even without immediate access to a big marketing and or promotional budget and or campaign. Don’t you agree?
