Target them already! Create (a lunch time special) with extended hours like, 11:30 am -2:00 pm, M-F. And create a special low priced yearly discount card that they present each time they purchase and it allows them to get a large soda for just .49 cents or some other ridiculously low price!
(Just be sure you always inexpensively price test.)
Ultimately, you’re looking for a price low enough that it gets them constantly returning to your shop, whenever they want either pizza, subs or just a large soda!
Have them be eligible for free monthly drawings, whenever they spend over X amount of dollars at any given time and they could win really cool prizes like, (50 buffalo wings) and two large liters of soda to share with their particular department!
Take Advantage Of The Various Sports Season Promotions As Well…(Because That’s Really How To Build A list Fast!)
And just as a quick aside, a nice knock off concept to test first, would be (during) football season.
Have NFL fans (especially) male college students, enter your free drawing where for the next 16 weeks of the regular season. One grand prize winner will receive one free large pizza and two large liters of the soda of their choice at your cost. Every week!
This way your only real cost is the actual cost of the large pizza and your labor time to actually bake them.

( Hint: Conduct a special survey(on your site) where you simply ask your list which of the five suggested activities would they most like to participate in. And why?
And have them number their top choices from one through five. With one being their top choice and five being their least favorite. Tally your results and give everybody that participated in it something for their much valued input! And you won’t need to speculate!
