You realize and totally appreciate. They’re are struggling, non directly competing entrepreneurs. Who could definitely use help, paying their monthly lease.

Or, help with increasing their current on or offline conversion rates. They have ex-customers or clients, who they literally have little or no practical idea, how to effectively re-activate.

Some businesses, literally have tens of thousands of dead leads, which it’s never even occurred to them. Another non directly competing entrepreneur such as yourself, might be more than willing to:

A.) Pay them X amount per lead, in order to get direct or indirect access to.

B.) Or perhaps even better. Just depending (of course!), on their ideal customers, total lifetime customer value metrics. It may make more economic sense, to at least inexpensively test. Giving away, some or all of the front end gross profit. So all you do is literally break even on your very first or second sale.

And net the remainder of not only all of the subsequent back end sales. But generate ongoing referrals. Positive testimonials and or, constant positive social media exposure as well.

When you start strategically leveraging other non directly competing vendors, unused office space.Or their down time with their trucks.Or when you successfully negotiate, being added to their follow up, opt in email/mobile mobile marketing follow up campaigns.

Or when you, and possibly piggyback in another non directly competing vendors, offline snail mail. Or when you postage share upfront, in order to include one of your very best, market tested, one or two side flyers or post cards, in their outgoing mail, to their VIP clients.

Any and  or all of these proven marketing or promotional strategies. Can and definitely will help inexpensively move your business or service forward.

To some degree or another. And obviously some strategies will work far more effectively than others.Right? And of course, these exact same marketing or promotional strategies or tactics, can and do work in reverse as well.Huh?

Meaning, you can and definitely should, be allowing other non directly competing vendors, to leverage your under utilized assets and or resources. For the mutual benefit of both of you.
