How To Avoid A Major Marketing Mistake Tons Of Extremely Savvy Entrepreneurs Make!

So here’s a quick, yet critically important question for you. How long have you (personally) been blogging? Really!

And how many total blog and or video post thus far?

You do fully realize, tons of extremely successful entrepreneurs, in any and all industries you can possibly think of, do have a state of the art WordPress blog, correct?

And by the same token, if you’ve recently started pod casting, how long and how many total podcast have you done thus far?

Or what about videos, for your youtube channel? And BTW, speaking of youtube, when did you, or have you gotten over your fear of being in front of the camera yet? 😀 (Just checking.)

Or like me, do you primarily make Power Point style informational videos?

Not to worry, I assure you, there is most definitely, a method to my madness! So please bare with me.It’s just, we’ve go to lay the proper ground work, before getting to the real meat!

Who Else Wants To Discover This All Too Common Marketing Mistake Tons Of Extremely Savvy Entrepreneurs Constantly Make!

Okay, before getting into it, just two more quick questions.

1.First, did you (by chance) ever happen to keep a journal and or diary of any kind, when you were younger? Really! No kidding, you actually didn’t do any type of previous journaling, and or kept an active diary, when you were younger!

That’s surprising!Anyway…

2.) The other quick question is this, at what point, did writing ( article blogging) actually start to become appealing to you?

Entrepreneur, one other thing!Seriously, then we’ll dive head long into it! But your brutally honest answers here, will definitely help make sense of some of your recent business decisions!3.) When did you officially embrace the vegetarian lifestyle? Excuse me!You’re not a vegetarian? Oh!

And you definitely prefer meat! Now I’m equally as confused as you are!But let’s see what the both of us can do to change things asap!In order to clear these misunderstandings up!Sound good? Great. (Now we’re actually starting to get somewhere worth going. 😀 )

So How Come So Many Extremely Savvy Entrepreneurs Keep Making The Exact Same Marketing Mistake Over And Over Again!

So let me see (if) I’ve finally got this straight! You’re not a vegan and or a vegetarian? Is that correct? And for the record, you never have officially gotten over your fear of recording on screen videos! And you actually prefer not to!Is that correct? Hmm?

And as far as any type of steady pod casting goes, (like me) you really don’t think your voice is suited for that type of format! And that’s why, you’ve done very little of it to date!

And you definitely don’t see that changing, anywhere in the near future! Is that correct? Okay, (my bad) and thanks so much for clearing those misconceptions up for me!

Now then entrepreneur, (if) you would pretty please, (for the record), answer the final $64,000 dollar burning question,so we can all get on with our lives already!

Would you please be so kind! Thanks! Entrepreneur, (if) as you claim, you don’t like to write, and you’ve never ever had any type of ongoing journal, and or diary of any kind when you were younger!

Why in the word, would or did you choose, (of all things), ongoing blogging as one of your main potential marketing strategies, if you really don’t like doing it? Lucy you’ve got some splaining to do!

What’s up with that? What in the world, initially motivated you to attempt doing something, going in, you knew you definitely didn’t like!

Far Too Many Aspiring Entrepreneurs Count Their Fake Money Before Considering The Long Term Consequences Of Acquiring It!

If you don’t like the vegan lifestyle, why attempt to adopt it? And by the same token, if you don’t like to write, and it definitely isn’t your chosen cup of tea!Why start a blog, and make ongoing blogging, one of your main, long term marketing strategies?

It’s sort of like getting married, based on “how” much disposal income, your spouse has! There might be a major component missing from that particular equation!Don’t you think? Well, that’s just my two cents on the matter!

In any event, hopefully, you too have come to appreciate, one of the all too common, major marketing mistakes, far too many aspiring entrepreneurs constantly make! What say you? Now as is customary during this part of our show.

  2. Hey Mark,

There isn’t a single entrepreneur out there that can’t benefit from some extra inspiration and motivation. We can all learn something by following successful individuals. It sparks inspiration and learning from their real-life business experiences can help us all on our own entrepreneurial journeys.

I have put together a list of eight online entrepreneurs that I personally follow and have worked with — individuals that all entrepreneurs can learn something from, especially those interested in starting or growing an online business. Great informative post by you.

    With best wishes,

  3. You had me smiling and nodding the whole time Mark! Such a great point and one I have never seen anyone made before – duh! Almost makes me wish I was still involved with mentoring new authors so I could share your post – but I will share it on LinkedIn where so many of them gather.

One of the most common complaints among the newbie (and some not so much) authors is having to market their own books and blogging is right up there at the top as a necessary evil. Typical is an author who stubbornly insists on only posting on their blog when they feel like it, and then it’s almost always a plug for their book. They can’t seem to grasp the point that a blog is an amazing opportunity to show readers that their writing is worth reading, and to build relationships along with their platform for future books. I recall one man saying in a huff that he wanted nothing to do with this “branding” thing because branding is what you do to cattle. Amazing, really amazing!

    • M your customers comment about branding is outraegously funny!LOL!
It coul easily be a line in a comedy of some kind!LOL!

I gotta tell you, some of the spam comments I delete, both on my blog and youtube
channel, are equally funny and sad!LOL!

So I can totally relate to what you’ve shared! From the mind of men!LOL!

But thank you so much, for your incredibly generous compliments, I am gonna
find a way to spin or incorporate them into a future blog post and reference your
      blog as my inspirational source!

And I agree with your spot on advice, with regards to strategically using
our blog content, as an effective marketing tool, to potentially
      engage our readers!

But hey, sense others don’t or refuse to see things with the proper perspective,
it’s potentially our collective advantage, right?

I always look forward to your extremely keen, real world insights M!Thanks so much for
stopping by and taking the time to share them!
