And your office immediately responds, by sending over a free bottle of your second tier champagne. Which normally retails for at least $1,700 or X number of dollars per bottle.

Which means, practically everyone in her office. Both current and future employees and or associates. Directly or indirectly gets exposure to you or your major competitors bubbly. Correct?

So you can only image, the on and off of social media exposure. Correct? For sure.

It’s probably a no brain-er.Since the broker routinely sells residential properties, for a half a million dollars and up. She probably rents, leases or owns a home, in the better part of town, correct? This being the case.

Odds are, at least some of her current, former or new neighbors. Also occasionally like to drink some higher end champagne, every now and again. Agreed? Absolutely.

Which also means by mere marketing extension. Her professional inner circle. Along with their current and future staff members. If nothing else, will  constantly hear about your pro-active marketing generosity. Both on and off of social media.

And of course by even further marketing extension. Those men & women, also have extremely close relatives, current and former neighbors, siblings and BFF-es, do they not? Absolutely.
