Hopefully going forward. And after reading (and possibly!) re-reading part one of this ongoing series. You now can much better appreciate ‘how” at least some of the ultimate insiders create and monetize a percentage of their hidden profit centers.
And how you definitely can and should too, correct? Because ‘if” so you’re definitely ready to start thinking about consistently implementing at the very next level or two.
Sadly far too many aspiring on or offline entrepreneurs only barely see and appreciate the front end income producing capabilities of their business or service. And often it’s the neglected or over looked potential back end income producing capabilities of their business or service. Which can lead to some long term passive income streams.
Which given time and some customized marketing/promotional nurturing. Over time can develop into some major profit generation. And what aspiring profit seeking entrepreneur can possibly say no to that?
Entrepreneur Your Current Income Doesn’t Have To Negatively Affect Your Ability To Dramatically Increase Your Long Term Profit Producing Capabilities!
Case in point. Quickly getting back to the local, non franchised auto repair shop owner(s) for just a moment. Providing the mechanic both sees and appreciates the value of strategically building their own opt in email list.
And at least partially appreciates “how” setting up local JV (Joint Venture) partner revenue sharing arrangements with other local, non directly competing vendors. Like the local, non franchised retail appliance dealer. Used in part one, strictly as a hypothetical marketing example. For marketing illustration purposes only.
For one thing. The retail appliance center owner(s) could and definitely should offer both the owner9s) of the mechanic shop. And all of their current and future full and part time employees. (Provided their smart enough to not only join, but remain active opt in email subscribers.)
For doing so they automatically get to purchase a 65 – 75 inch state of the art flat screen TV’s at the retailers actual hard cost. Say what? Think about the long term positive word of mouth and mouse impact. That one incredibly simple and relatively low cost marketing/promotional strategy will have on their bottom line from now on.
Because you know at least a percentage of the recipients of this type of strategic marketing generosity will constantly be bragging all over social media. And to their closest family members, besties, neighbors and current, past and future co-workers, correct? Wouldn’t you? (Me too.)
Why Continuously Waste A Fortune On Outrageously Expensive Potentially Hit And Miss Traditional Advertising?
Obviously the extremely marketing savvy retail appliance center owner(s) recognize the long term income producing possibilities here. Because for literally pennies on the dollar. They or their major competitors can both inexpensively and systematically reach potential first and long term repeat customers for peanuts.
Because positive word of mouth and mouse not only goes a heck of a lot further than potentially expensive paid ad campaigns. But they’re a whole lot less expensive as well.
So when a neighbor tells a neighbor, who tells their bestie. Who tells their spouse who tells any and every body in both the barber shop and the local women’s hair and nail salons. Surely you’re starting to see and appreciate the long term marketing snowball affect. Which is steadily unfolding here. Plus, the auto mechanic will automatically grand father in all of the current and future full or part time employees, suppliers, main creditors or reputable vendors of the retail appliance center.
They all save 25 or X% off any work they have done from now on. Regardless of whether they remain an employee of the retail appliance center or not. Think of the long term bragging rights, both on and offline this one incredibly simple marketing/promotional strategy will more than create.
It’s Not The Overall Size Of Your Current Or Future Marketing Budget That Matters!
Instead it’s more about “how” you or your major competitors strategically go about utilizing it. And hopefully this two part mini series has at least partially opened your marketing eyes to what’s definitely possible. And clearly you’ve just scratched the initial surface, right?
And of course it also goes without saying. None of this hypothetical marketing/promotional theory can take place on any level. Without some consistent marketing elbow grease. Theory alone will not pay your bills. You and I and your major competitors have to get out there and start learning “how to” implement in the real world.
So you’ve read the theory. Now it’s your term to start creating and monetizing your hidden profit centers. Don’t you agree?
