Please be brutally honest here, okay? How many times (say within) the last year alone. Have you been going through the pockets of some of your clothes. Looking for one particular thing. And you “discover” (find) some money. We’ve all been there at least a few times, correct?

So in a sense you and I stumbled across a profit producing activity, right. Because you/we didn’t set out to find money this way, correct? But once or since you found it. You’re definitely gonna make use of the cash asap, correct?

By the same token entrepreneur. There are definitely some previously hidden profit centers in your business or service. And just because you may not be fully aware of them or currently even monetizing them at all. Doesn’t mean they can’t be or ultimately become extremely profitable. As you or your major competitors are about to discover.

Yes The Types Of Previously Hidden Profit Centers You Ultimately Decide To Tap Into! Can And Definitely Will Have A Huge Impact On Your Long Term Bottom Line!

Just a quick back drop into “what” actually inspired this particular blog post. While listening to a recording from an extremely high end offline marketing workshop.

One of the attendees shared “how” some local vendors enthusiastically paid local auto mechanic shop owner(s.) On average $50 dollars for each vehicle in their shop. Where they could easily see which (if any) local am or fm radio station(s) the vehicle was set on when it was initially brought in.

This way the vendor would have a much better idea. Which station(s) to either advertise on. Or which stations to recommend some of their top JV (Joint Venture) or top cross promotional partners advertise on.

The main point being. An astounding 97-98% of your local, non franchised auto mechanic shop owner(s) are completely unaware they could and definitely should be creating additional passive income. Simply by monetizing some inside information they constantly take for granted.

Because they’re laser focused on repairing automobiles. As well they should be, right? But simply by studying and understanding the total lifetime customer value metrics of some of these vendors who are so enthusiastic to pay them for this seemingly worthless information.

Suppose with just a little strategic research. They discover at least one of these non directly competing vendors ideal customers. Currently has a total lifetime customer value metric (spread) of somewhere between $400 – $7,500 dollars. Give or take over the next five to seven year period. Say what?

(Think non franchised retail appliance center owner(s.)

Entrepreneur The More Extremely Valuable Knowledge You Acquire! (The More You Can Strategically Scale Your Business Or Service!)

First of all before going any further. Remember entrepreneur these potentially profitable hypothetical marketing examples are being used strictly for marketing illustration purposes only, okay?

This being said. The non directly competing vendor may see or be persuaded to appreciate “how” simply by paying the auto mechanic owner(s) a set monthly access fee of X per month. (Which coincidently just happens to pay all of (or anywhere from 80-95%) of the mechanics monthly lease. Say what?

Now practically every vehicle they service for the month goes directly into the auto mechanic owners gross front end profit category. And as long or while this particular arrangement is in place. There’s suddenly more front end money to invest in raises, for current and future staff members. Better technology and other potentially needed upgrades etc.

And Once Or As Soon As You Get Your Proven Processes Down! (The Doors To Previously Untapped Marketing Opportunities Start To Routinely Open Extremely Wide!)

And one of the most straight forward passive income producing strategies they could and definitely should inexpensively A/B split test is. The auto mechanic proactively goes searching for at least one other, (to begin with!), non directly competing local vendor.

(Translated: Potential JV (Joint Venture) revenue sharing partner(s.) And start offering some of their best products and services to the mechanics current and future customers. As well as current and future employees.

At an attractive discount or some other persuasive incentive for becoming a first time customer. And use at least a portion of some of those gross profits to invest heavily in scaling (growing) their business or service.

Which means now they can potentially afford to hire a local up and coming social media marketing entrepreneur or up and coming social media marketing agency. And start growing their online presence even more effectively.

 Each Success Of Strategy Will Bridge And Build On The Previous One!

And now it definitely makes sense for them to set up their paid email service provider account. And if nothing else. They can start implementing their sure to be or quickly become extremely popular monthly free drawing -list building strategy.

Where each month or each quarter. One extremely lucky 1st grand prize winner -wins $1,000 or X amount of dollars worth of credits. Which all must be used within one year of the date they originally won the prize. Or they expire worthless.
