Who says that you have to put in a lot of capital into your marketing when there’s a recession. It only take some ingenuity and an incentive to come up with some great marketing ideas to grow your gross profits.
So why not leverage the ideas of your employees, associates, jv partners, etc.. to get the ball rolling. You always want to make a win/win situation, and instead of having a “competitive” mindset, it’s more productive to have a “Collaboration” mentality.
