      Introducing Five Simple Ways To Stop Repelling Your Best Online Prospects And Long Term Potential Customers…

Has this ever happened to you? You and one of your dearest old friends run into each other while your both out running errands.

You briefly stop and chat (and exchange cell phone numbers) and decide to meet later on during the week and have lunch.

This way you’ll really have a chance to get caught up. And so a few days later, you two meet up at one of your favorite lunch spots.

You decide to meet at 2 o’clock in the afternoon because the lunch time crowd is usually out of control.

(At this point, you have to be wondering (what) the heck any of this has to do with retaining customers, correct?)

And neither of you want to wait 30-45 minutes before you can be seated. So sure enough you meet at 2 o’clock sharp.

But incredibly (and surprisingly) the place is all but empty! In fact, neither one of you can believe how fast your shown to your outside seats.

And even though the place recently under went a new change in management. It’s so unusual for this place to be this empty, especially during the middle of the week.

Are You Repelling Your Best Potential Long Term Customers And Clients?

This next part is extremely telling. After you two have been seated for about a minute. It quickly becomes obvious why the place is so empty.

Back in the day, this place had a nice combination of great employees and a friendly easy going atmosphere.

And the music (for the most part) was easy listening playing rather low in the background.

But now (incredibly) the new management was blaring some incredibly loud and practically unbearable and extremely explicit Gansta rap music! What?

Unbelievably, this stuff is so loud and the lyrics are so explicit, the two of you quickly decide to get the heck out of there.

And as your leaving, the management switches over to some really extremely loud satanic heavy metal music.

This just further confirms your reasons for getting out of there! Now to this point, your probably wondering what (if anything) this has to do with your long term online success? Correct?

Simply this; Ladies & Gentlemen please (if your serious) about your long term online success.

Do not, use loud background colors of any kind on your website and or blog. Falsely believing that these bright colors such as dark green, really bright orange, pink or extremely dark black or blue make your site stand out!

In reality, the exact opposite is true! Those extremely loud colors (are not cool) and just like good old hard core ‘Gangsta rap and Heavy metal music is hard on your ears.

These overly bright colors repel your visitors eyes big time! Because they are extremely hard to read. Just like that type of music has a tendency to turn off the general public.

So don’t do it, because you will be sacrificing an incredible (97%) of your target audience or more!

Introducing Seven Little Known Secrets Of  Highly Effective Lead Capture Pages..

1.) If you were going to model a professional golf players success template. Would it make sense to mimic someone who has had major success or someone who hasn’t? Agreed.

That being said; take a look at power house ( and industry) leader Googles (home) index page. On any given day, Google gets hundreds of millions of visitors to their index page, right?

Take notice, even though they get tons of eyeballs.They do not (repeat) do not have any adsense ads on their main index page! Do they?

Nope! Instead they keep their focus squarely on providing the absolute best search results experience for their online visitors.

And so should you! Meaning- do not splatter ads sense ads or any other major distractions on your lead capture page. It

Don’t offer a bazillion different type of banner links for your products or services on your blogs main index/home page. Because all you’ll succeed in doing is causing your visitors to ignore them!

2.) Make sure that your main market tested power headline is always surrounded by quotation marks. Because millions of dollars in tests have proven that you will increase your readership (on average) by at least 300%! (Don’t ask why – just do it already!)

3.) Be sure that you always  end your lead capture page ( or on) or offline sales letter with your all important P.S.

Because your typical  prospects eyeballs (both on or offline) will first either be attracted or repelled by your main power headline. And then they’ll quickly skim your bullet points and finally your P.S!

So make sure that you always have one, and use it to re-state or re-emphasize one of your business, products or services main client  centered benefits.

4.)  Increase your main market tested power headlines readership by using eye catching tested colors such as bright red, maroon or dark blue.

5.) Use the H1 (heading1) format (which is) an extremely large type that’s proven to help increase your readership. If you use either a pre heading or sub heading, make sure that the font is smaller (preferably h3.)

(Retaining Your Customers)

That font is an H 1 heading.

6.)  A highly effective lead capture page and or blog has an opt in box in order to capture your visitors all important email information in order to begin your all important email follow up process.

7.) Be sure you actually test this next proven strategy, but typically you want to place your actual opt in box in the direct line of vision that 99% of your web visitors eyes will follow.

Meaning- your typical web visitors reads from left to right. And since their eyes will inevitably end up on the right side of your page, place your opt in box there for maximum impact.

Bonus tip # one:

8.) Be sure that you start out by placing your opt in box both to the right and keep it above the fold. Meaning- try to have it high enough and to the right, in order to prevent your visitors from having to scroll your page in order to see it.

(Because, you’ve only got five short seconds or less in order to grab and hold their attention. And if they have to scroll down your page in order to see your opt in form, they may not stick around long enough to see it – on their first initial visit!)

Always Use Your Main Power Headline And Bullet Points To Address Your Prospects Main Concerns..

Because remember you only have on average, five seconds or less to get and keep your visitors attention and an opt in box below the fold, may not be seen! (This seemingly unimportant minor detail cannot be stressed enough!)

Bonus tip # two:

9.) If you do use a pre headline, you may want to use one of several proven ones such as: Who else want to blank. Or If you’re serious about X., then you’ll want to pay close attention to this special message about X.

Bonus tip # three:

10.) And another thing. Offline whether it’s your newspaper, display or classified ad etc. Please do not make the fatal pre profit killing mistake of using totally (lame) reverse type!

That is an extremely dark type such as black or dark blue with white print! This is a gigantic (eye repelling) no no!

Test after overwhelming test have proven this type of print is extremely hard on your readers eyes! Which means you may as well be blaring Gansgta rap out of the speakers of your restaurant. Don’t go there!

Sadly, you even see many veteran marketers ( who should know better)  committing this same major marketing error! On and offline.

Bonus tip # four:

11.) Have you ever gone to the deli department of your local Supermarket and there was an extremely long line? The line went from here to there. And of course there is only one deli clerk behind the counter.

And naturally you ( and a ton ) of others decide it’s not worth waiting around.

Translated: you simply are not willing to wait around to be served. And neither will your online visitors, if your slow loading site takes (on average) longer than five seconds or more to load.

So don’t ever let some fancy web designer convince you to add some file or graphic that slows down your sites loading time. Or else you risk sacrificing a ton of your visitors.

You start applying these nine (plus) basic proven lead capture page strategies and you’ll be both light years ahead of your would be competitors and you’ll earn more money in the process too!
