If someone were to ask you. Specifically what you might seriously consider to be current or future growth assets or resources? What would your answer be? After all, you’ve got or you’re planning on starting your own, self hosted, state of the art WordPress website or blog. Correct?
And you’re definitely active on some of the social media platforms, right? Me too. An what about starting your own podcast? Is this a realistic goal or not? Or can you invest at least 30- 60 minutes.
At least twice a month to appear as a guest on popular podcasts within your specific niche. And do you plan or creating any type of PDF’s, ebooks, one page cheat sheets or special reports or any kind. To use a lead magnets to entice your ideal prospects to either join your opt in or text message list?
Or what about a dedicated video series, to use as an opt in mini course? In short. What strategies or tactics are you currently implementing? Or plan on implementing in the not so distant future.
Which can ultimately be used or leveraged as some type of potentially profitable growth assets or resources…
So Have You Ever Thought About How Do You Create A Financial Asset Or Resource?
Let’s quickly set the stage. So you know going in. Just how close or far you may actually be. From creating or re-activating some potential growth assets. Case in point. Let’ say you’re the senior marketing director of an incredibly popular, single location, non franchised retail jewelry store.
Which means the owner(s) have both financial creative marketing/promotional flexibility. This being the case. You don’t automatically have to continuously waste a fortune on those outrageously expensive, dismally performing local billboard ads.
And for the record. Instead of continuously flushing anywhere from $25,000- $35,000 dollars a month. On those local billboard ads. Which very few of the locals pay attention anyway. What if you or your major competitors. Initially started with $15,000 dollars.
An starting helping local business. Initially local service providers. Build more credibility and long term customer retention. Among both their current and past clientele. Huh?
Say for example. During the week of Thanksgiving. You have at least two of your top female sales reps or top female managers go to an upscale, local women’s hair or nail salon business. Where they’re currently customers.
And bring at least 50 or X number of sealed envelops with them. And inside of ten of those sealed envelops. The first ten women who spend at $75 dollars or more.
They get one of those sealed envelops which have written on the outside of them. In big red, bold letters. “You definitely deserve this!” So you know they definitely won’t waste any time ripping those envelopes open, correct? You got that right.
So How In The Word Does Helping Another Non Directly Competing Business Grow! (Help Your Business Or Service Grow?)
Excellent question. And I’m so glad you finally asked. Actually there are at least three main ways. But before tackling that particular question. Let’s discuss what’s inside those sealed envelops.
Which only the first ten women who spend at least $75 or X amount of dollars with either an upscale, local nail or hair salon receive. Inside they will at least three totally unexpected bonus, extremely time sensitive gift certificates or discount coupons etc.
1.) First: As to be expected. An extremely time sensitive gift certificate “bounce back” offer of some kind, from the hair or nail salon itself. Meaning, as long they return within the next 10-30 days or less.

And side (B.) alerts them to come to your store before the expiration date of the gift certificate expires. And if for (whatever) reasons they decide to come alone. They only save 10% off their next or first purchase up to $500 dollars.
However, simply for dragging a friend with them whose at least 18. They automatically save up to 40 or X% off up to $2,000 or X amount of dollars! So you know at least some of these local women. Will definitely decide it’s in their best interest to drag a friend with them. Correct? Absolutely.
All You Or Your Major Competitors Have To Do Is Give Your Best Customers And Best Prospects A Viable Reason To Start Help Spreading The Word! (And They Will!)
3.) Third: These big spenders will also get a $25 dollar gift certificate to an extremely popular, local supermarket chain. And remember this is for the first ten local women only. Who spend above the typical highest amount.
To either get their nails or hair done. (And BTW, do you see a rather simple spinoff marketing strategy. Staring you in the face? just waiting to be implemented by you or your major competitors. If not. You’ll discover what it is. Coming up shortly in part two.)
But getting back to the other 40 or X number of sealed envelops, which your local female sales reps will pass out to both the nail or hair salons local customers. Who are lucky enough to come to the shop the week of Thanksgiving.
Those sealed envelops will have written on the outside of them, the exact same wording as those first ten. Except. Inside those extremely local ladies.
They will receive $10 dollar gift certificates to a popular local supermarket chain. And they will also receive one of your best, two sided, market tested, extremely time sensitive gift certificates.
But the free drawing they will be ethically bribed to enter. Is for a $1,000 dollar diamond studded necklace. Say what? And the third extremely extremely time sensitive gift certificate they will receive.
It’s from a local, women’s facial deluxe treatment center. And it ethically bribes the recipient to drag a friend with them whose at least 18, to the salon with them.
This way they both get a women-s facial deluxe treatment package free. Say what? Which usually retails for at $47 dollars each. And if they decide to come alone. They only save 10% off the typical retail price at the time of the redemption.
The More Local People Who Are Made Aware Of These Awesome Bonuses! (The More Will Definitely Want To Get Access To Them!)
