How And Why You Definitely Should Be Using Email Marketing Especially If You Hate To Write!

Okay, so it’s really no secret you definitely hate to write!Correct? (Or at best) let’s just say, it’s definitely not at or near the top of your list, of some of your most favored business activities right?

Still in all, you’re probably wondering, that being the case, “how” in the world can you possibly strategically convert your intense dislike for writing, into an extremely profitable, (long term) marketing advantage of any kind, correct?

Well, entrepreneur, while on the surface, what you’re about to be exposed to may seem a bit far fetched!

Rest assured, it’s not!Because if that’s really “how” you, (and or) any of your other partners/owners really feels about writing in general, but especially as it relates to business activity writing of any kind!

You know, stuff like consistently writing problem solving “how to” blog post and or strategic, “how to” problem solving follow up email marketing messages etc!

Believe it or not, you’d be the (absolute) perfect candidate to be doing periodic follow up email marketing and or strategic social media marketing!Say what?

Especially on a platform like twitter!Of course you don’t believe that for a second! But entrepreneur, please hang on to your (long term) profit repelling negative attitudes and skepticism, just long enough to (at least) momentarily, potentially see an entirely different perspective, before you render your final decision, okay? Thanks!

Who Else Wants To Know Why Extremely Savvy Entrepreneurs Should Definitely Be Using Highly Profitable Email Marketing! (Especially If You Hate To Write!)

Okay, enough with the mystery, let’s get down to it already! You see, here’s the main, (and by far) most compelling reasons why, an extremely savvy entrepreneur (such as yourself), should definitely be using some type (long term) follow up, strategic email marketing plan.

(Especially if you really hate to write!)!

And or if nothing else, you should be extremely pro-active on a social media platform like twitter! It’s because, (unlike) far too many of your (on or offline) wannabe major competitors!

You definitely like (and can’t help) but cut to the chase!Huh? Meaning: your particular (business) candor is so darn refreshing and potentially profitable, if you’d only bother to put it to good use!(You nor your target audience likes fluff!)

News flash:Entrepreneur, your potential prospects, and your extremely valuable customers and or clients, absolutely love the fact, that whether it’s on physical paper, your computer screen, or their mobile device and or your mobile responsive WordPress blog/website etc!

You don’t and won’t ever beat around the bush with them! 😎 You simply “tell it like it is!” And that’s “what” they’re so desperately craving to no end!

And that, (for the most part) is the vitally important, missing ingredient among far too many of your wannabee major competitors! They ramble on endlessly and never (or rarely), simply cut tho the chase and spell it out already! Whether it’s the good, the bad or the ugly!

No matter how they primarily market their businesses, products and or services etc!

Some Of The Best Email Marketing Practices Simply Involve Not Trying To B.S. People! (Who Knew?)

Entrepreneur, that’s also “why”, if you’re not currently extremely active anywhere else on any particular social media platform. But especially the big three or four.

You absolutely should be extremely pro-active on twitter!Huh? Because stop & think about “how” twitter works for just a second! You’ve only got 140 characters per tweet, to get your point across! 😎

There’s no room to try and BS anybody! Don’t you agree? 😎 So here you are, Mr. or Mrs, “I like to cut to the chase!” Don’t you see “how” freaking ready made this particular type of extremely popular micro blogging platform is for anyone with that type of, “I simply don’t have time to fool around here”, type of mentality!

And that’s exactly “what” your potential prospects, customers and or clients so desperately want and crave!Okay, but you’re still thinking, (“but Mark) what about me attempting to write strategic follow up email messages to my opt in subscribers!”

Again, because you don’t necessarily like to write, just periodically (once or twice a week) or every other week, so they don’t completely forget about you and why they decided to subscribe in the first place! 😎

Communicate exactly “what’s” on your mind at that specific moment! And then relate “how” whatever’s on you or your business partners mind, helps and or truly benefits them!

And (whatever) you ultimately decide on doing, with regards to your (long term), periodic strategic follow up email marketing messages, don’t try and be like your major wannabe competitors!(Meaning don’t you dare send them any fluff!)

Just keep it real and your true audience will absolutely love you for consistently doing  so! Guaranteed! And don’t (or stop) worrying about the potential prospects that unsubscribe!News flash! They probably weren’t or are not your real target market anyway!

And chances are extremely good, they were never ever going to buy anything from you and or recommend and refer you any substantial business anyway!

So it’s truly best, in the long run, they figured that out right away and simply moved on!

And so should you!My friend, you definitely need to strategically convert your extreme hatred (and or) extreme dislike for writing of any kind, into an extremely profitable email marketing advantage asap!Don’t you agree? Now as is customary during this part of our show.

  2. Hi Mark,

There are many aspects with which bloggers are trying ti fight. Writing is one of them. Like you said that many people don’t like to write much. It’s obvious that they should try some new things for their business.

Though writing is the much have a thing to do. There are millions of blogs and no one knows which one is going to survive for decades.

I love writing and for sure it will going to be great with the time. Email marketing is an important thing to do. Bloggers should keep their readers engaged with their content.

    ^ This is very true.

There was a time and place when I used to worry about whether or not I’d get unsubscribes… but the way I see it now? Gee, I guess that person wasn’t really too bought in anyway.

Losing people sometimes just means you’re getting closer to the right people. 🙂

    Nice post, Mark!

  4. Hi Mark,

Not it’s not often I disagree with you….. but your point that writing is NOT one of my favorite business activities, I must 🙂

I love to write, it’s what I most enjoy – but even so, you may have unearthed why that can be a bit of a weakness for me. I do ramble on a bit!

That’s certainly not out of any intent to BS people – it’s rather that I want people to know exactly what they are getting from me, so there are no surprises, and the only way they can be in any doubt is if they haven’t read everything I’ve written.

I won’t pretend I’ve got it right – because often I write so much that people get overwhelmed and “switch off” so they’re still not clear.

It’s certainly something I need to watch, so perhaps I’ll concentrate on shortening things by imagining I’m writing for Twitter 🙂

    Thanks for a thought-provoking post,

  5. I must confess that email marketing is not part of my business plan just yet… maybe because my writing is not at the place where I need an actual business plan yet. But I can certainly see the value in it! Thanks for sharing this important post.
