How And Why Literally Starting From Scratch Can Potentially Be A Real Advantage!

To this point some of you have read the recent blog posts I’ve done at former, mega successful real estate guru Dave Del Dotto, correct? Back during both he and several of his most successful contemporaries prime heydays.

As Dave and his expert marketing/publishing team traveled all across America. Promoting his free 60- 90 minute introductory workshops.

And heavily marketing/promoting his outrageously popular “Cash Flow System” home study course on the initial back end of his free workshops. And his even more pricey 3 – 5 day “Real Estate Investing Wealth Creation” boot camps. Which typical started at $5,000 dollars per person. Or $7,500 dollars for any two people 21 and over.

As Dave traveled the country. And steadily built his offline database as large as possible. Because during his pre internet days. He nor an of his major competitors were able to build their very own opt in email lists.

But by strategically and systematically building his offline database. He never really had to be overly concerned wit literally starting from scratch. Which definitely made all the difference. Don’t yo agree?

Whose Strategically Building Brand Visibility Has To Come From Some Sort Of Massive Fortune 500 Advertising Or Marketing Campaign?

In the case of Dave or any of his most successful contemporaries. They primarily marketed and heavily promoted their free introductory workshops via late night/early morning cable TV infomercials.

And in Daves’s case. He also routinely sold a ton of his outrageously popular “Cash Flow System” home study courses via those same mass marketed infomercials. Typically for $297 dollars or X.

But what’s probably not so obvious is. As Daves’s offline database steadily grew. Because no matter “how” many locals attended his free introductory workshops.

Pus keep in mind ladies & gentlemen. As Dave’s marketing/publishing success steadily grew. He routinely had the opportunity to grow his database by offering everyone in attendance.

The chance to enter his free drawing. In order to reward at least one person. His “Cash Flow System free! 😀 Provided the stayed until the end of his entire presentation. Otherwise, if their name was called.

And they weren’t still present. They automatically forfeited their 1st grand prize winnings. And every other entrant in attendance automatically wins a free three month trial subscription to his popular, monthly newsletter.

You Can And Definitely Should Constantly Test Different Parts Of A Proven Marketing Strategy Or Two! (Because You Should Be Interested In Discovering How High Is High!)

And as Daves’s success steadily grew. After a while he had anywhere from 5 – 10 other trained sales reps. Were giving the same 60 – 90 minute free introductory presentations at basically the same time. In any given area.

That’s why within a 5-7 year period. His offline database grew to in excess of 750,000 aspiring real estate investors. This figure represents those who called the toll free number and asked to be taken off his list. 😀

But watch this entrepreneur. When Dave or any of his contemporaries. With similar size databases decided to publish a book. (Or create an additional course. 😀 ) He or they could mail an extremely time sensitive direct response type of offer to their in house database.

Whether You Primarily Market On Or Offline! (You Need To Constantly Be Building Your Very Own Database And Or Opt In Email List!)

And in the case of at least 750,000 subscribers. Even a relatively small response of 15%. This means 112,500 subscribers. Grabbed Daves’s book before it actually hit the major bookstores nationwide. Where the book is expected to initially retail for $19.95. (750,000 x .15% = 112,500 orders. Which equals an initial front end gross profit of $1,123,875.

And because they’re extremely loyal subscribers. For an extremely limited time. They can not only pre order the book and only pay $9.95! (An automatic savings of X!)

(But they can also purchase any two or X number of Daves’s popular 4 or 8 cassette courses. Or any two of his popular 4 or 8 hour, live video workshop trainings.) And save 25 or X% off the current retail price. (Because his actual hard cost is relatively low.)

Can Or Would You Believe The Above Marketing Strategy Could Be Potentially Parlayed Into A Multi Six or Seven Figure Marketing Strategy?

First of all. (And remember entrepreneur. Dave and his expert marketing/publishing team. Can and probably would turn right around and re- direct snail mail the remaining 85 or X% of his entire database.

Who didn’t respond to his first mailing. And let’s say. (Strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only.) Let’s say 15% of the remaining 637,500 of his database. Or another  95,625 subscribers. Who didn’t purchase the first.

They too are offered the chance to pre order Daves’s new/latest book and save $12.95. Because they didn’t take of his very first offer. So they don’t save as much as the initial 1st responders. 😀

But they too get an extremely time sensitive bonus worth X. provided they order before the expiration date. So potentially, an additional $1,251,293 dollars! (96,625 x $12.95 = $1,251,293 dollars.)

Hopefully now you can definitely appreciate how and why strategically starting from scratch can potentially be a real advantage. Don’t you agree?
