How And Why Developing Skills Is The Gateway To Previously Untapped Opportunities! Part Two

Hopefully after initially reading and re-reading part one of this ongoing series. You now have a much better and therefor much deeper understand and much better appreciation, for the potential long term benefits of developing skills, agreed?

It’s a potential game changer on many levels. Some of them are obvious. And some of them are not so obvious. You’ll start to develop your creative marketing skills more and more.

And before long you’ll start consistently identifying potential marketing gaps all over the place. Both you and some of your top JV (Joint Venture) or top cross promotional partners can fill. Sometimes for literally pennies on the dollar.

Simply because you see previously untapped marketing opportunities in conceptual not just linear terms. Say for example, you see 8+2, 5+5, 6+4 0r 9+1. And that’s just using additional. And conversely, at best all the vast majority of your major competitors see is 7+3.

While Successfully Growing A Small Business Definitely Takes Time! (Who Says It Has To Be Outrageously Expensive?)

Take this next example. Which for the record is strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. Let’s say your business, which in reality is a fairly successful fulfillment service.

You physically ship various types of products directly to both consumers and businesses, typically priority, first or second class mail only. And up until this point. It’s probably never really dawned on  a staggering 98% of your major competitors. “How” incredibly lucrative it could be  or quickly become once they start proactively developing an extremely profitable back end to their business or service. Say what?

For instance, more than likely the fulfillment services-s best business customers. Aren’t currently utilizing market tested A/B split test on practically any of their on or offline sales materials, right?

And because they may not fully appreciate “how” simply by strategically A/B split testing their various main power headlines. They can sometimes dramatically improve the results of their snail mail offers.

Increase the open rates on their opt in email messages. Or continuously improve the results of their solo ads or offline directory ads etc. Then they discover “how to” systematically use market tested piggybacking snail mail techniques.

And start including other non directly competing vendors extremely time sensitive, market tested offers in their outgoing snail mail. And either receive:

 A.) X% on each front end first sale.

 B.) Or if it’s lucrative enough. They could receive both X% on the initial first front end sale. And X% of part of the higher back sale(s.)

C.) Of if it makes sense, they could decide they only want 20-30% of the every sale they help generate which has a bare bones minimum value of $1,000 or X number of dollars.

Entrepreneur As Your Insider Knowledge Gradually Develops Into Some Bankable Skills! (Now You Can Start Systematically Creating Opportunity!)

So “what” if your fulfillment company at least inexpensively tested doing the following. Every order from a business or service over X. You’ll automatically include. Either a free physical one to X page special report.

Or include the link to a 90-120 minute webinar recording. Which they’ll need to opt in for. If they wish to watch or listen to the replay. And they’ll “discover” some of the previously mentioned marketing strategies and tactics.

And the marketer or company which is actually conducting the webinar or created the free lead magnet special report or cheat sheet etc. They actually offer three paid levels of intense one on one consulting.

Their first level is a $10,000 dollar a year package. Their next level up is a $25,000 dollar a year package. (And it’s incredibly popular with about 60% of their ideal customer base. And their third level is $100,000 dollar a year.

And it’s incredibly intense and robust. All three packages offer different types of financing options, plus include different extremely time sensitive bonuses worth X.

Systematically Forming Various Types Of Joint Venture Revenue Sharing Arrangements With Other Non Directly Competing Vendors!(Is A Proven Strategy For Rapid Expansion And Growth!)

And as your fulfillment service starts to grow and become more and more profitable. Do you think other smaller, far less successful fulfillment services might be willing to pay you on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis to gain access to some of your proven marketing/promotional secrets?

(More than likely they will.) So what if you set up either: (Or at least test setting up the following.)

A.) Setting and a private Facebook group and charging premium members X dollars per month. And you and the other qualified experts not only answer and address their most problematic marketing challenges.

But you also conduct weekly and monthly webinar strategy sessions. And depending on what level of access each member has. They get to attend and ask questions. However, if their not platinum members. They get to attend all the webinars. But they can only ask questions and receive webinar reply links if their platinum or whatever you call your highest level members.

 B.) They or you can set up a traditional paid membership site of some kind. And have the same access price points. And maybe offer a free or $1-$7 dollar 10-14 day trial membership. (Of course it’s best to A/B split test each offer to which if any consistently produces the most bang for your buck.

The main point is entrepreneur. Can you see or are you now starting to better appreciate “how” and why developing skills is definitely the gateway to long term profitability? Hopefully your brutally honest answer is yes.

  1. All smart tips here Mark. Developing skills increases your exposure because people search for skilled entrepreneurs to engage in prospering partnerships. Practice in private. People will find you in public. From there, opportunities multiply. The key is to keep practicing, even when it feels like no one is showing up.
