So when it comes to effectively utilizing some type of potentially bank account filling influencer marketing strategies and tactics. You and or your major competitors really do have a choice you know?
Say in the case of your non franchised retail furniture store. If you really there is or will be too many major competitors chasing the extremely high profile celebrities in your immediate locally area.
Then by all means go ahead and pivot your promotional strategies and tactics. Meaning laser focus and target various professional (verticals) within in your immediate area. Or target local men & women who live in the higher income areas.
Or you might even inexpensively test the following low cost marketing strategies?…..
Surely You Can Afford A Fraction Of The Traditional Cost! In Order To Start Building Brand Equity?
So imagine the following relatively low cost, positive word of mouth and mouse generating strategy. In the case of a non franchised retail appliance store owner.
(And of course the following hypothetical marketing examples are being used strictly for marketing illustration purposes only.) This being the case.
So imagine there has to be at least a few real estate develops. Where the townhouses, apartments or condos are pretty upscale, correct?
So it stands the reason. The men & women who lease or own these units are doing okay financially, right? So more than likely.
The developer(s) are doing okay as well, correct? So it stands to reason. Because you’re an extremely savvy marketer.
You and or your major competitors need to be leveraging this types of situations, agreed?
This Is What Building Brand Visibility Is All About! (Or At Least It Should Be!)
So imagine what will quickly start to happen to you and or some of your major competitors brand visibility. The moment this type of word of mouth and mouse buzz gets out.
About your relatively low cost, high impact strategies you’ll at least inexpensively test. So let’s take this nice upscale development.
With at least 60 or X number of units in it. And you know the residents there earned a really nice income. Not only because the vehicles they drive.
But where they physically live too. Your potentially profitable Joint Venture (JV) arrangement with the developer(s)/owners or leasing agents of the units.
Initially goes something lie this. (Checkout this potentially profitable A/B split test marketing approach.)
For every tenant the developers or their leasing agent leases a unit to. Simply for signing a years lease upfront. They automatically get an extremely time sensitive discount coupon to you and or your major competitors retail appliance store. (Say what?
Once Or As Soon As You Have Their Attention! (Then You Can Start Leveraging It Even Further!)
And all the new leasers/tenants need to do is two main things.
1.) 1st: They need to join the retailers opt in email list. Some they get sales alert notices. At least one week, A minimum of 7 or X number of days before the general public does!
2.) 2nd: And as long as they drag a friend with them to you or your major competitors store. Who’s at least 18. Before the ten or X day expiration date expires completely worthless.
They get to buy any one product of their choice. And pay your actual hard cost! (That ought to create at least some viral, positive word of mouth and mouse buzz, agreed?
Or if (for whatever reasons!) They decide to come alone. They only save 10 or X% off their total purchases. On the 1st $500 or X amount of dollars!
