That’s her Linkedin profile link above BTW. She’s very dynamic and brilliant. But the comment she left on my Linkedin post. Is proof positive “why.” You need to acknowledge your customers and vendors. Don’t you agree?
Let’s Talk About How To Scale Your Efforts! For Literally Pennies On The Dollar!
Her awesome comment was in direct response to a post I wrote on Linkedin. About Uncover 3 hidden profit centers in your business and or service.
And one of the market tested strategies. Had to do with proactively acknowledging both your customers and vendors birthdays days.
In the case of your vendors annual birthday. It’s referring to the day their business or service was actually established.
And as you can see from her personal experience. She also totally agrees with the overall effectiveness. Of utilizing this proven strategy.
Hopefully you do too! It’s an incredibly low cost, proven strategy for both creating and generating long term repeat customers. And positive word of mouth and mouse buzz.
For literally pennies on the dollar, agree?
This Is What Building Brand Loyalty And Standing Out Amongst Your Crowd Of Major Competitors Is All About!
Did you read her entire comment? She says she’s makes it her priority to stop by “Starbucks” on her birthday. For her free coffee! I have no idea what size the free coffee Starbucks offers free.
On their customers birthday. Or if their customers simply verify their actual birthday. By providing their driver licenses. Or some of other form of accepted ID.
But just as a quick aside. In order to quickly expand their customer base. And by extension their long term back end repeat customer base.
Starbucks and or their main competitors could at least inexpensively test. Making the same offer to all of their current vendors. If they’re not already. Could they not?
And let the owners send either a company wide email. And or text to all of their employees.
(And their current and future vendors too. Alerting them to the fact. Simply for going into Starbucks and or their major competitors. And presenting the extremely time sensitive coupon via their phone or tablet etc.
Go Ahead And Pamper Your Extremely Loyal Customers Base! (And Watch Them Continuously Return The Favor!)
BTW fellow profit seeking entrepreneur. There are a couple of really simple. Extremely low hanging fruit marketing twists. Staring you in the face. Since you’re definitely ready to, inexpensively take your non franchised retail business to the very next level or two, right?
Go ahead a book your free 30 minute strategy session. And start growing your gross profits exponentially.
Starbucks or their major competitors could also. Offer one free Xtra Large beverage of their customers and vendors. And their vendors employees choice of their birthday.
And inform them going forward. When they bring the Xtra Large plastic “Big Gulp” back with them from now on.
They only pay either Starbucks actual hard cost. For an Xtra Large beverage of their choice. Or some ridiculously low, can’t resist price of $3.99 per cup or X per cup.
Either way. Their most loyal customers. A percentage of them will definitely be returning, don’t you agree?
Plus systematically start spreading a ton of positive word of mouth and mouse buzz. This is just a small sample of why.
