Advertising costs   (Which More Times Than Not Simply Drain Your Bank Account!)

Who’s into constantly wasting a fortune. By constantly throwing away money. On outrageously expensive, hit and miss. Traditional advertising costs.

Has anyone other than me. Rode that particular train just a little too long? And had the constantly shrinking wallet to prove it. And once or as soon as that money’s spent.

If your ads, marketing and or promotions don’t pay off. The money’s pretty much gone for good, is it not? And I’m guessing you’d like to avoid that happening, as often as possible, correct?

Strategically Building Your Brand Doesn’t Automatically Mean Wasting A Ton Of Money On Outrageously Expensive Hit And Miss Ad Campaigns!

Did or have you heard. The average 30 second ad for the 2025 Super Bowl. Cost advertisers a cool $8 million dollars. Say what? But please seriously consider the following.

Rarely discussed stumbling blocks to success of each 30 second TV ad. First, of the 80 plus million who will definitely be watching the big game.

(Especially if they’re betting on the outcome of the game.) How many of them may be currently or temporarily un or under employed.

How many may be -between the ages of 12- 20? And of the X number of millions who are watching the TV. How many of them actually see your outrageously expensive 30 second ad?

Maybe they headed off to either the kitchen or the restroom etc. Or they simply send or respond to text during a majority of the commercials.

And your one or two 30 second ad campaigns. Happen to be when they excuse themselves. Rest assured it’s happening. 😀

Who Says Getting The Word Out Is Overly Complicated?

With $8 million dollars. Or even with a tenth of that amount. You and or your major competitors could make a rather giant splash.

Maybe you could invest 45 million this way. Allow the top residential and commercial real estate brokers. (The ones who actually own the business.)

(Perhaps you can and should include the top three or X number of agents in this promotion. After the promotion has proved itself successful.)

Anyway initially let these licensed  residential and commercial brokers. Buy one diamond studded necklace. Or one extremely nice looking watch.

They can only choose one. And even though either one typically retails for $5,000 dollars or X. The jewelers actual hard cost is usually only half or $2,500 or X number of dollars.

This Is Where You Can Start To Distance Yourself From Your Major Competitors!

However, simply for  joining you and or your major competitors opt in email list. And simply for dragging a friend with them whose at least 18. To you and or your major competitors store.

Now the brokers get to purchase both. At your actual hard cost.

So divide $5 million by $2,500 dollars. And you should get somewhere close to 2,000 customers, correct? ($5,000,000 / $2,500 = 2,000.

Those 2,000 locals all know at least 25 other locals, correct? 2,500 x 25 = 50,000 other locals. correct? And typically at least 30 or X% of them. Are ready to become you and or your major competitors customers.

Usually within 90 days or Less.

Your main reasoning for this type of front end promotion is. Those brokers and later on some of the top agents from each brokerage.

They’re constantly coming in contact. With local men & women. Who can definitely afford your higher end bling, correct? 😀 You and or your major competitors will do a ton of positive word of mouth and mouse business, correct?

Even though you certainly have to test, monitor and constantly tweak.

This approach will probably far out perform, your typical traditional ad campaign, agreed? So would you rather keep spending a ton on outrageously expensive advertising costs?

Or at least test some potentially viable marketing and promotional alternatives!

Entrepreneur Just Because You Can Potentially Waste A Ton Of Money On Outrageously Expensive Traditional Ad Campaigns! (Doesn’t Automatically Mean You Should!)
