And they definitely do okay, right? So let’s look at a few hypothetical marketing examples. And build from there okay?
How’s This For Building Brand Visibility?
So imagine if a retail jeweler. Decided to invest their $8 million dollars in the following manner. Obviously there is no way to pre-determine what the eventual outcome would be, correct?
So these are hypothetical examples. Being used strictly for marketing illustration purposes only. This being the case. Suppose this extremely marketing savvy jeweler.
Initially invested $6 or X millions dollars of dollars this way.
Say within a 50-75 mile radius of their stores. They initially let every legally registered nurse. Who joins their opt in email list. Plus drags a friend with them to you or your major competitors store. Whose at least 18.
They get to buy one extremely eye catching pair of diamond studded earrings. Which typically retail for at least $700 dollars a pair or X.
For an extremely limited. Those nurses who met the above criterion. They only pay $325 dollars a pair or X. Now divide $5 million by $325 dollars.
And you should get a figure close to 15,384.62, correct? (For ease of math. Drop the .62, okay? So 15,384 nurses. Get to buy one extremely eye catching pair of diamond studded earrings, Which typically retail for $700 dollars a pair or X.
And since those 15,384 nurses. All know at least 25 other locals apiece, do they not? For a moment forget their besties, closest neighbors, siblings, co-workers and or in-laws.
Are You Into Increasing Revenue? (Especially If You Can Do So For Literally Pennies On The Dollar!)
Those 15,384 nurses. All know at least 25 other locals apiece, correct? (15,384 x 25 = 384, 600 potential customers. And typically about 30% of that number.
Are ready to become your customers. Within the next 90 or x number of days or less! Just depending on the type, “Can’t resist offer you and or your major competitors make.
And for just a moment. Forget about the 70 or X%. Who for whatever reasons. Don’t make any purchases.
Because there’s an even hotter group of potential customers to be proactively promoting to. And just who might that be? You so skeptically ask.
Why it’s none other than those individuals who came to you and or your major competitors store. With the 15,384 or X number of nurses.
This Is How And Where You Can And Definitely Should Drill Down! (Rather Than Constantly Wasting A Fortune Trying To Go Wide!)
Here’s one of your extremely time sensitive offers you initially make to them. As long as they also join your opt in email list before they leave your store that day.
They have at least two choices.
1.) Extremely time sensitive off A. They can simply decide not to join your opt in email list. and they only save 10% off up to $200 dollars or X. (Not terribly exciting, is it?
2.) Extremely time sensitive offer B. Or simply for joining your list. They can save up to 40 or X% off. Up to $1,500 or X amount of dollars.
Real point of this two prong marketing strategy. Is to relatively quickly. Create a power tsunami, of viral, positive word of mouth and mouse buzz.
