1.) Most loyal customers.
2.) Employees who’ve had the best attendance record over the last 60-120 days.
3.) Top 5 or top X number of part time employees. Who have referred the most employees. Who’ve remained employed at least 90 or X number of days.
(It’s a proven fact. Recognition of some kind is a huge loyalty builder!)
Don’t Be Afraid To Get Creative With Your Marketing And Or Promoting!
Here’s another potentially profitable, grossly underutilized money maker. Whenever local men & women walk into your retail furniture store alone.

Offer them one of your best market tested, “OTO.”s. A (One Time Only) offer. Where simply for doing X, Y or Z. On top of what they spend.
