Wherever you currently live or have lived in the last ten years so. In America anyway. Have you noticed ‘what” happens and which direction your local economy heads in, when your local house and apartment building sector is on fire?

When your local builders are doing pretty good. So are a whole lot of other related industries. On the initial surface it just may not be as obvious yet. Are you finally ready to start connecting the dots?

To successfully growing your business or service exponentially. For literally pennies on the dollar. If you’ll actually take the time to notice ladies & gentlemen. Whenever your local builders.
Both large & small has a lot of projects in the works. This means they have more money or readily available credit to invest in:
1.) Higher wages and better benefits in order to entice far more skilled workers or consultants in every phase of their business/organization.
2.) The most up to date technology and automation. In order to be or become more efficient and far less wasteful.
3.) More traditional advertising or promotional methods on a local level. Not mention the previously untapped creative marketing possibilities.
4.) More supplies and updated equipment and tools. So they are better able to compete. Both on and off of social media.
5.) Being more charitable and help further support their local and outer communities. With more money, ideas and connections and key introductions etc.
6.) Borrowing larger sums of capital and re-investing part of it directly back into their local communities.
7.) Purchasing or leasing newer cars, trucks, SUV’s. Or purchasing a newer home. Or leasing or renting a nicer apartment or nicer townhouse etc.
8.) Helping further stimulate their local economies. Simply by both eating out and ordering local takeout food more often. And shopping more often both on and offline.
And attempting to start more side hustle businesses or services part time to begin with. (Are you starting to+ smell and appreciate the entrepreneur mushroom effect?)
Proof Positive A Rising Tide Lifts All Entrepreneurial Minded Boats!
Do you think your local hardware store owners, especially the ones with single locations and are non franchised. Has any problem with more local builders of literally all shapes & sizes.
Coming to their particular store more often? And spending a little bit more money more often. Would a predictable recurring situation like that bother you? (Me either BTW! 😀 )
But “why” do you think in the vast majority of cases. It simply isn’t or does not happen nearly as often as it could or should. For one thing. Each individual profit seeking business owner or service provider.
Is hell bent on trying to grow/scale their business or service based solely off of their own efforts. Including their own marketing, advertising or promotional budget.
And frankly my friend. Your/our collective pickets. Simply aren’t anywhere near deep enough to make a marketable difference. Don’t you agree?
You And I Or Your Major Competitors Can Systematically Go A Whole Lot Further! (A Whole Lot Faster With The Right Strategic Growth Partners!)
It definitely goes without saying. When your building business is booming. Your local banking/lending industry is doing okay too. Because the faster and more loans they can approve.
The more credit they can extend. And the more fees and service charges they can collect. 😀 The builders can extend their on and offline ads looking for more local skilled labor.
More commercial office space can be leased or larger units can be leased. More insurance is needed. More inside office space workers and managers are needed.
More residential and commercial land gets both leased and purchased outright. The local tax rolls increase. More city and county workers with good benefits get hired both full & part time.
They in turn either renew their current lease. Or they move into better apartments or lease better condos or townhouses in better, far more affluent neighborhoods.
They lease newer cars, trucks and SUV’s. Or they lease or rent newer homes. Or they buy newer homes in more affluent neighborhoods. They invest in their 1st or additional residential or commercial properties.
As More And More Money Freely Flows In And Throughout Your Local Economy! (The More Money Flows In And Throughout Your Local Economy!)
They finally add that much needed and long waited addition to their primary home. Or they finally get that back deck both built and professionally stained.
Their cars & trucks get those much needed tune ups far more often. They add more premium channels to their local cable TV packages. 😀
They stop more often to pick up donuts, pastries and that great tasting coffee more often. To treat either their fellow co-workers, employees or family members etc.
They move and decided it’s definitely time to buy new residential or commercial furniture. They can even loan their relatives, besties or in-laws money on a short term basis.
And live to not regret doing so. 😎 Ladies & gentlemen all of this mostly positive, local money constantly changing hands activity. Helps other extremely hard working entrepreneurs grow out of real necessity.
They need additional full and part time workers. And those workers spend all or most of their paychecks, right? This is just a tiny fraction of what your local building industry can teach you and I. About systematically growing your business or service. Any questions?
