Given The Choice Make Viral Marketing Campaigns Your Strategy Of Choice!

So while you definitely shouldn’t turn down or avoid systematically generating some type of positive word of mouth buzz. But given the choice ladies and gentlemen. You and I will potentially be far better off consistently generating some type of viral marketing campaigns.

Because these are a whole lot more processed based. As opposed to the sort of hit and miss variety of word of mouth or mouse. Any or every time you or your major competitors can compel or ethically bribe a customer or client to consistently say really positive things about your business or service.

By all means continuously do so. Does that make sense?

While Positive Word Of Mouth Marketing Is Definitely A Good Thing! (Just Try Not To Depend Solely On That Happening!)

When you and I decide to take things to the very next level or two. This is when you start proactively creating as many potentially profitable viral marketing campaigns as possible.

Say strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. How’s this for a potentially profitable viral marketing campaign. Let’s say an independently owned retail furniture store. Decides to inexpensively test the following positive word of mouth and mouse generating strategies and tactics.

If their marketing/promotional efforts pay off. They can double down on what’s clearly working. And systematically cut back on what isn’t.

So because the retail furniture store owner(s) know their ideal customers total lifetime customer value metrics. This being the case. They form a potentially profitable JV (Joint Venture) revenue sharing arrangement.

Say a local non franchised pizzeria delivers pizza. Every delivery over $50 or X amount of dollars. The retailer, be it a retail furniture or appliance center owner.

Leverage The Local Opportunities Which Are Literally All Over The Place!

They pay the actual hard cost of the pizza, wings and sodas etc. But inserted is a sealed envelop that reads in big, bold red letters. On the outside of the envelop. “You Definitely Deserve This!” 

Imagine your reaction when you discover your order is free! 😀 And there’s either a one or two sided, market tested, extremely time sensitive discount coupon included in the envelop.

And the retail appliance center is heavily promoting their monthly or quarterly free drawing. The pizzeria customers join their opt in email list.

For their chance to win a state of the art $7,500 or X dollar deluxe home entertainment system. Side “B” ethically bribes them to drag a friend with them to the retailers store. Whose at least 18. Before the ten or x day expiration date expires completely worthless.

Which means not only do they get their pizza or delivery order free! 😀 But you know at least a percentage of them will definitely enter the free drawing, correct? and some of them will drag a friend with gthem whose at least 18, correct?

Ladies And Gentlemen Don’t Forget Nor Neglect The Potentially Profitable Benefits Of Email Marketing!

Even if all you do is periodically, say once or twice a week. Send both your subscribers and customers some type of potentially beneficial email marketing message.

You or your major competitors will definitely be or remain well ahead ahead of the communication curve. Because sadly, far too many aspiring entrepreneurs are not maximizing the opportunities available to them via opt in email.

As opposed to constantly wasting a small fortune periodically sending direct snail mail post cards. Or even more outrageously expensive envelop letters.

Which are going to consistently be trashed even more than post or index cards. Let’s say your independently owned retail furniture store has created a local opt in subscriber base of 7,781.

Over the last seven plus years. Give or take. And this is even after 11 or X% of them have for whatever reasons unsubscribed. Ladies & gentlemen hopefully you do realize and appreciate there are a ton of non directly competing vendors.

Who would leap at the chance to form some type (Joint Venture) JV revenue arrangement with you. You send their offer(s) to a part or your entire list.

And share at least some of the front or long term back end gross profits with them. (Ladies & gentlemen there’s a ton of room for some potentially profitable, creative marketing possibilities.) don’t you agree?

So this is just an incredibly small sample of “how” you and or your major competitors systematically create potentially profitable viral marketing campaigns. Any questions?
