Five Extremely Powerful Reasons Why A Commissioned Only Sales Force Truly Rocks!Part Two
So as you previously discovered in part one of this ongoing series, about how and why having the right kind of commissioned only sales force totally rocks! Not everyone is cut out for commissioned only payment compensation. Wouldn’t you agree?
In fact, those with strictly a (traditional) security minded employee, (9-5) type of mindset definitely are not cut out for being paid in direct proportion to their productivity.
Which brings us to the main point of this second installment. As you recall in part one, you discovered how all of your current and future content of any kind, can and will become a literal army of laser focused commissioned only sales reps!
That never calls in or takes a sick day, remember? Now granted, unlike a real life elite sales professional, your/our content may not be able to answer and counter our prospects burning objections! But they still offer at least five more incredibly beneficial advantages, that you definitely need to consider….
So Who Else Wants To Discover At Least Five More Potentially Profitable Reasons Why A Commissioned Only Sales Force Totally Rocks?
So here’s the thing. Every piece of content you and I ever create online, (be it a blog post, video and or podcast etc;) it has the potential to help move your business forward in several positive and potentially profitable ways.
Case in point, in part one, one of my Coaches and mentors (that would be) none other than the absolutely fabulous Donna Merrill!
Donna is without a doubt an Internet marketing expert and blogging specialist! Both she and her husband David Merrill know how to create big bank online! So she was kind enough to point out another big benefit to creating content, that I had not even thought of .

Let’s say it was one of your very first videos you ever did! And now (perhaps) several years later, a brand new potential prospect/customer/client comes across it for the very first time. And they head over to your/our WordPress blog and and (if nothing else!) they opt in to our email list!
Great! Once more your/our commissioned only sales force is doing what they were originally created to do! And once again, unlike a real life elite sales rep, they don’t demand to be compensated again, or more than likely expect a bigger chunk of your/our profits!
But that’s not all! Checkout these five additional potential benefits!
1.) Potential long term benefit # one: That content you and I create, be it a blog post, instructional “how to” video, and or a podcast interview etc. Or a recorded webinar and or Q & A (question & answer) tele-seminar etc; that has the potential to be used by a major influential marketer within or outside of your niche.
Once Or After You Become Pro-active Marketer The Doors Of Previously Untapped Marketing Opportunities Start To Swing Wide Open!
And they just might decide to share it with their social media twitter following of 100,000 or more! Or they may decide to send it to their opt in email list of 25,000 subscribers or more! Who knows!
2.) Potential long term benefit # two: One of your twitter followers (and or Facebook fans) and or perhaps a fellow marketer you met on LinkedIn might just decide that one of your blog posts or videos would really be helpful to both their twitter followers and or their opt in email list subscribers as well!
And they decide to share it with their audiences. Once again, that content you created once, is getting additional massive free exposure! Which could lead to even more syndication’s and opt ins etc!
And you don’t ever have to worry about your content threatening to go on strike for higher compensation and or unpaid holiday pay etc! What a relief!
Once You Create An Army Of Commissioned Only Sales Reps Their Potential Long Term Compound Affect Is Freaking Huge!
3.) Potential long term benefit # three: That really informative three part blog post, just might make an excellent podcast series as well! So once you turn it into a podcast and it starts to work for you in that particular format as well!
Can you imagine any super affiliate deciding out of the kindness of their heart to promote an additional product or service for you (from now on!) for free? Forget about it!
4.) Potential long term benefit # four: Maybe you guest post on several high profile blogs of major influence within your niche. And that additional free exposure causes that particular piece of content to rise even higher in the major search engines.
Which means now everyday more targeted eyeballs are finding your content. But here’s the thing. What if they merely land on your blog post, quickly scan your headline and leave.
Creating Extremely Helpful Blog Or Video Content Can Be Or Quickly Become An Extremely Valuable Marketing Tool!
They don’t opt in, and they don’t buying anything, they just leave! How long do you think even the top elite sales reps could deal with that in real life before it started to have a negative effect on them emotionally?
And yet, you’re content won’t even flinch! It will just wait patiently until the right prospect comes along!

And that doesn’t include the 125 hubs (articles) that hubpages (suddenly) without warning, decided to discontinue! Nor does it include my content with my account on ezineartcles.com.
Don’t Ever Discount The Long Term Residual Value Of Consistently Creating Valuable Problem Solving Content For Your Targeted Audience!
My main point being; let’s say each piece of content only gets one new visitor per month! That’s still 1,447 new potential subscribers/customers that my army of commissioned only sales reps produces every month!
At no additional cost to me ever! Now simply multiply that monthly figure times twelve times five years! Hello!

This is sure a great article.
I love the metaphor. Pumping out our blog content on a regular basis is really like sending out the sales force each day.
You never know which “sales person” will get bigger commissions on any given day, but you know they’re all out there pounding the pavement, knocking on doors and interacting with folks who can use your products and services.
So, yes. Keep putting out a variety of content (valuable content, of course). Make sure it solves the biggest problems and answers the most asked questions in your niche following.
Of course people will share it around, and like you say, other leaders in the niche may not only share it but form a tighter peer bond with you. Who knows, you could even become joint venture partners in one way or another.
There’s so many possibilities and you outline just some of them here.
They key is to create great content, create it consistently, and do it in a variety of forms… video, podcast, blog post, article, infograph etc.
