(And the very first paid hour of consulting, the students purchase, will include an additional 30 minutes free! Yes….. that’s an interesting twist on customer service teams being, in reality, salespeople.
I know it happens because I “fell for it” once and regretted it.
Genuine and responsive customer service is really important to me, and one of the ways I choose my suppliers is to try out their customer services “pre-sales”. If they’re no good “presales”, what will they be like when they have my money?
