In case you’re still not sure who this particular (hypothetical) series is targeting. The rich! To to put it bluntly! The men & women that annually earn six figures per year & up!
And they come from every phase of business life. From the small Mom & Pop type of corporations, to the midsize to the home based business industry and everything else in between. (On and offline!)
Now then; let’s get back to this savvy residential real estate broker and their various long term potential money making joint venture arrangements. As you recall from parts one & two, since they’re fellow chamber of commerce members with a top local appliance dealer, let’s take a look at two more potential long term money making opportunities.
The savvy real estate broker will purchase one of the appliance dealers latest state of the art $10,000 or more complete home entertainment systems! (And they’ll buy it the appliance dealers actual cost and pay for it after the closing.)
And whenever they showcase one of their one million to five million dollar residential property listings! Guess what will be in either the living room and or game room! That’s right, one of these mega (positive word of mouth & mouse) $10,000 dollar or more mega home entertainment systems!
You May As Well Target Market For Keeps!
Now remember, the savvy local appliance dealer is no fool! They realize (eventually) exactly what’s gonna happen, when they sell some of their latest state of the art mega home entertainment systems to the real estate broker at their actual cost.
The broker then offers the system to the new (well connected) six, seven or eight figure a year earner, new home buyer as a free house warming gift! Cool!
And whenever the new buyer has house parties and or business meetings and or any other type of social events at their home etc! What do you think will happen to that particular savvy appliance house dealers sales, whenever those high income earning guests sees that fancy state of the art home entertainment system! You got that right!
But let’s go one or two giant marketing marketing steps further, whatdaya say? In the summertime, when everybody’s outdoors, barbecuing and drinking soda, right? Or something cold in any event.
And the weather’s good. Well guess what? The upper income (aka) the rich love to barbecue too! So you can bet the savvy appliance dealer(and or one of their major competitors) won’t have any problem selling one of the new million dollar home owners a nice state of the art $$1,000 grills, at their actual cost.
Because once again, those guests will be dying to know the 411 about the grill! And just for even more positive word of mouth and mouse, the appliance dealer will spring (aka) foot the bill for at least one of the summers backyard barbecues!
Maybe spend $300-$500 dollars on top end steaks, burgers, wings beer, pizza and chips etc. And they’ll do it once a year with different customers!
And of course video tape at least part of it and post on on their WordPress blog. Entrepreneur how’s that for some absolutely fabulous examples of target marketing at work?
