Men & women that consistently earn, six, seven & eight figure incomes. Guess what? They love to take trips, eat out at really nice restaurants, own & lease nice cars, own & lease really nice homes, work for or own their very own successful businesses etc.
And that entrepreneur, equals some really big and extremely profitable untapped marketing opportunities. Don’t you agree?
These Proven Examples Of Target Marketing Can Dramatically Increase Your Income!
As you recall from the first five installments of this ongoing series, the savvy residential real state broker is the main character in our hypothetical marketing case study. They routinely sell the high end residential properties, that range anywhere in price from a low of a half a million (if you can call it that!) and the really high end (for their particular local area) of four to five million dollars plus.
First of all, entrepreneur you do know and appreciate the fact that men & women that buy homes that range in price from a half a million to four or five million dollars, probably also need and want other products and services too, right?
That’s why this extremely savvy residential real estate broker has various types of joint venture arrangements with local florists, upscale restaurant owners, country clubs, travel agents,appliance dealers, foreign and luxury car dealerships, lawyers, CPA’s and upscale hair salons etc.
That way, they can and will send their upper income house buying clients, various gifts throughout the year!
They’ll arrange to send the wife (and or) significant other flowers for her birthday, their wedding anniversary, Mothers & Valentines day etc. They’ll send them to dinner, they’ll put them in contact with the local Lexus and BMV dealership,high end women’s boutique shops, high end men s and women’s clothing stores and upscale local jewelers etc!
They’ll send them his & her $1,000 dollar gas cards, hey with the commissions on a two or five million dollar home, they can easily afford these perks, don’t you agree? Besides, with their home buying clients constantly singing their praises to their friends, family and colleagues etc.
How long do you really think it will before the broker is either listing or selling another multi million dollar home from a referral from a happy six, seven or eight figure a year client! (Not too long!)
By Successfully Targeting The Rich A Savvy Marketer Can Put The Growth Of Their Business On Steroids!

And speaking of high end women’s clothing and boutique shops! Try these next two target marketing strategies on for size. In order to really leverage their time, the savvy residential real estate broker is going to make sure, that whenever they or their top agents show one of their high end listings that’s valued at somewhere between two to five million dollars.
And remember, they only show them by appointment only in group settings of three couples and or individuals or more! So as their touring the house with the prospective six, seven and eight figure earners!
When they finally get to the master bedroom, guess what? The savvy broker (or agent) will have arranged with their upscale women ‘s boutique joint venture partner, to have strategically placed five of the boutiques best selling women’s dresses and five really nice leather hand bags and scarfs! Laid out across the bed! Say what? Twitter or Facebook anyone?
And the boutiques best market tested lead capture page index size cards, that ask the ladies to enter one of the boutiques monthly free giveaways at their WordPress blog!
And they will also spray one of the boutiques top selling female perfumes throughout the room! Not to over power them, but to really get the ladies thinking about spending some of those six, seven or eight figure incomes!
Even Though This Is Just The Tip Of The Long Term Marketing Iceberg!

And remember, while only one person and or couple can or will eventually buy that particular house! Those ladies can join the boutiques opt in email and or mobile marketing list and become an extremely valuable customer (and or goodwill ambassador) for life and or for many years to come! Can they not?
