As you previously discovered in part three of this ongoing series about effectively using proven examples of target marketing. Targeting the well off with various products and services, can be quite lucrative, especially when you stop to appreciate just how wide and deep their overall influence can be. Don’t you agree?
Especially on your immediate local level.Because they know or are related to this one that knows that one, that used to work for or with that one or was or is currently engaged to or is currently married to that one etc. And so on and so forth. (Face it already, the rich network like crazy!)
And to take things even further on the local level. For ex: a few mentions from a few of the most popular local radio and or TV personalities and kaboom!
You’ve got instant on or offline traffic, correct? Absolutely. Or if a prominent, local high profile college or HS school coach gives your business, product or service, that critical thumbs up. More than likely your profits will increase, right?
So needless to say, when you target a specific group and or niche and a few key major influence rs speak out on your behalf or pump your business, product or service up on social media, let’s just say the major search engines aren’t the only ones to take notice!
So in part four, let’s see how a savvy marketer(such as) our hypothetical residential real estate broker and other local joint venture partners, might strategically go about targeting the so called rich!
What Even More Proven Examples Of Target Marketing That Works?
Before you dive head long back into our ongoing saga, just gotta point out a couple of purposely overlook untapped marketing opportunities. First, whenever the residential real estate broker lists a high end home, say in the four to five million dollar range or more!
Since they’ve already got an ongoing joint venture arrangement with one of the top appliance dealers in the area. Each time they schedule a group showing for the house.
Meaning, anywhere from three to seven high income (highly influential) couples and or individuals, come to view (tour) this four to five million dollar home. The savvy broker will make sure to have a state of the art demo home entertainment system (valued) somewhere between $7,500 – $12,000 dollars!
Setup either in the living room and or the game room! What do you think will happen, each time these highly influential high income earners come to view the property? Bingo!
Here’s the point, obviously, only one couple and or individual can buy the property! But all or most of them can and probably will still go to the special WordPress lead capture page and be given future VIP notice, plus receive their 40% off your first three purchases discount coupons, right!
Now remember, whether the top local appliance dealer is actually related to the real estate broker or not! They recognize a good thing when it presents itself! Meaning, suppose one of the couples viewing the property, just happens to represent a local high profile law firm.
The broker, will be sure, whether they end up buying the home or not, that all the law firms employees, associates and or partners etc, get access to those same opt in email VIP discount offers from the local appliance dealer!
Maybe the deal is, the law firm lists the appliance dealers special lead capture page website in the law firms company wide online newsletter, in exchange for every partner of the firm getting the hookup on home entertainment systems, outdoor grills, personal computers, notebooks or tablets etc, for both them and their kids, for HS and or college etc!
(And let’s not forget friends or family members in general!)
Think about that! Their kids in college show up with the very latest tech thingy! Their peers, whose parents and or guardians have high incomes as well! Where do you think those kids are going? You got that right!
