By now you’ve definitely noticed there are several different levels of potentially profitable marketing exposure, correct?
There’s the obvious type when a major player like Grant Cardone goes ahead and invests a cool X amount of dollars to buy seat directly behind home plate.
For nationally televised major league baseball game. (And if he or whoever invests that type of money just happens to be wearing a T-shirt or hat or whatever. Which points to their brand. These things happen, do they not?)
Rest assured the major TV networks try to keep that type of blatant self promoting to a bare bones minimum BTEW.
But “what” if like the mega proven real estate investment rock star you’re about to meet. You ‘d rather not have to consistently write outrageously big checks. In order to generate some potentially profitable marketing exposure. What’s your specific strategy or tactics?
Since You Definitely Gotta Promote Your Business Or Service! (Why Not Maximize Any And Every Opportunity To Do So?)
By now you’ve probably seen more than your share of late night/early morning cable TV real estate investment gurus and guruettes, correct? They enthusiastically buy up relatively inexpensive cable TV time.
And run their polished 30-60 minute infomercials. Telling you and me “how to” invest in some form of income producing real estate. or “how to” purchase some type distressed or pre-distressed property. And ultimately earn some type of cash or generate some type of equity (ownership) interest in the transaction from doing so.
And at several points through their extremely well polished presentation. They manage to showoff. If not blatantly flaunt their seemingly care free lifestyle, do they not? Which might include a few choice luxury cars. A really cool boat and maybe an awesome house or totally jacked up luxury penthouse apartment and or townhouse etc.
But What If It’s Really Just About Acquiring Some Bankable Skills! (And Getting Paid To Show Others Who Are Equally As Serious! (How To Do Exactly What You’ve Learned To Do!)
