Entrepreneur Stop Making Building Your Business So Darn Hard! Part Two

Sadly as you previously discovered in part one of this ongoing series. Far too many extremely hard working entrepreneurs, (even though) they’re incredibly dedicated to the task of growing their business or service. In the end they’re making systematically building their business way too hard and less likely to happen as a direct result of simply putting in more and more hours.

Sounds incredibly ironic does it not? but they not only experienced burn out to proven it. But countless numbers of them have also suffered from fractured to flat out all but destroyed beyond repair personal relationships as well.  Because as some of you (unfortunately) already know all too well.

Both financial and emotional stress is an extremely volatile combination which can and often does lead to some extremely negative long term outcomes, right? So entrepreneur it’s definitely in your best interest and everybody else’s for you to laser focus on working on, (not just in!) your business or service, otherwise…

Being An Entrepreneur Means Effectively Leveraging All Of Your Readily Available Assets And Resources! (For All Of Their Long Term Profit Producing Capabilities!)

And one of those potential long term profit producing marketing resources is the strategic use of email marketing. Say what? Sadly most successful or on the verge of being successful, single location, non franchised Mom & pop bakery owners.

For tons of reasons are still overlooking or simply not aware of what’s readily available to them as a direct result of having direct access to a reputable paid email service provider.

(Take a look at a sample, extremely time sensitive discount coupon a marketing savvy Mom & pop style bakery could initially allow several of their top non directly local vendors to giveaway to their:

A.) Current employees. Once every 90 days give or take. Simply by sending their current employees either an email message or have them text a number or simply passing out flyers to all of their current employees.

B.) They could do the same for all future employees, (whether they’re) full or part time.

C.) And they could also do the same for any and all of their current and future vendors. (Who themselves also both direct and indirect access to current and future employees and current end future vendors, do they not?)

And the above potentially profitable strategies don’t involve the bakery store owners to have their own paid email service provider. And yet they or you could be utilizing and benefiting from this type of strategic use of email marketing by as early as next week.

So imagine you or your major competitors extend this type of extremely time sensitive offer -initially to- 5-7 o their top non directly competing vendors.

Their primary reason being, by offering first time customers only, extremely time sensitive discounts of 25-35% off their first purchase over $15 dollars.

Initial Big Savings Ultimately Lead To Big Long Term Major Profit Producing Opportunities!

They could then provide these first time customers with free Xtra large “Big Gulp” plastic cups. And each time they bring the cup back to the bakery they could purchase Xtra large beverages of their choice. But instead of paying the usual retail price of $5.79 per cup.

Now -going forward- they only pay $1.50 or some enticing price significantly lower than the usual retail price per cup. Say what? This way you know at least some of this first time customers will:

1.) Definitely start returning to the bakery store more often. And spending more and more money

2.) At least some of them will definitely start sharing their good fortune all over their social media accounts, right? Wouldn’t you? Me too.

3.) And some of them will start systematically making larger and larger purchases. Like birthday cakes for their kid(s), graduation or retirement parties etc.

And they’ll also periodically start purchasing goodies for their job, employees or for personal birthday parties or for any local organizations they may be currently active members in.

Either way you or your major competitors would be strategically building your business for literally pennies on the dollar. Don’t you agree? Entrepreneur this is “how” potentially profitable things can be or quickly become. Any questions?
