Entrepreneur Stop Ignoring These Three Proven Small Business Promotion Ideas!

Running a successful business o service of any kind is definitely a constant challenge, agreed? And any small business owner o service provider is constantly up against a ton of ongoing challenges, right? So it only stands to reason.

Given the choice what serious profit seeking entrepreneur would ignore some proven small business promotion ideas? on the surface you would probably think not many. right?

But for far too many aspiring entrepreneurs the sobering reality is. They continue to struggle for any number of  extremely valid reasons. This particular blog post will reveal at least three of them. But rest assured this is an ongoing laundry list.

 Being A Successful Entrepreneur Means You Leverage Your Assets And Resources!

If you’re only generating one or two percentage points here and there. On the initial surface it may not seem like it makes a real difference. But stop and consider the big picture. Currently Facebook has somewhere in the neighborhood of 2.89 active monthly users. Let’s use two billion for ease of calculation.

One percent of two billion is twenty million, correct? Which means, “if” roughly one percent of Facebooks current active users are ideal prospects for your business or service. This means your potential prospect universe is roughly twenty million.

And just .75 or an additional three quarters of one percent of two billion means you or your major competitors just expanded your potential market by a staggering 15 million prospects. Plus their long term repeat business and periodic referrals.

So “what” if your current marketing or promotional strategies helped you systematically reach at least two million of the entire 15 million. And you converted 17% of those two million prospects into ongoing long term repeat customers.

“how” would your business or service look now? Could you afford to invest in expanding? Or new technology, state of the art equipment or the best talent in your industry. The short and long term possibilities are starting to become pretty interesting, are they not?

Entrepreneur Stop Letting Previously Untapped Marketing Possibilities Constantly Slip Through Your Fingertips!

Case in point. Right now somewhere in your city or town. other local non directly competing vendors are both sending direct mail to either their prospects or customers or currently inactive customers, right?

And they’re also delivering their products or service to their extremely loyal customer base. You could provide the bonus ethical bribe their prospects or customers need to go to the very next level or two. Say what?

Maybe you could provide a free or at cost 14-90 day trial of your service as an additional bonus worth X. For every one of their current or future customers or subscribers, who do X, Y or Z.

They improve their cash flow and help stabilize their business or service. And you or your major competitors get direct or indirect access to your ideal potential customer for literally pennies on the dollar.

Or you include one of your best market tested, extremely time sensitive offers in another non directly competing vendors opt in email alert messages.

And you reward the vendor by revenue sharing anywhere from 25-75% of the gross front end profit. After you pay for your actual hard cost. And as long as your product or service has some sort of potential profitable back end component to it. You have just created a viable mini profit center for literally pennies on the dollar.

You Have Assets And Resources other Non Directly Competing Vendors Don’t! (And Vice Versa!)

Say for example. You or someone within your organization knows “how to” potentially profitable, ‘what’s in it for me?” main power headlines and sublines and opt in email subject lines.

You or they could and definitely should barter your proven skills with companies or individuals who have proven expertise with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) or social media marketing skills.

Or maybe this accountant has expertise in saving small business owners or service providers a bare bones minimum of X off their annual tax liabilities.

But for the life of them they can’t write a compelling sales letter, email message or direct snail mail postcard etc.

So you write or outsource their sales writing challenges. And in exchange they consult your business or service on the most advantageous tax reducing strategies and tactics.

Or they agree to provide you or your major competitors with either a written or video testimonial. Plus a personal introduction to certain association administrators.

Or maybe you can offer the accountant or CFP or CPA a weekly or monthly column in your on or offline newsletter or weekly radio show. And they get additional free exposure to their ideal target audience for literally pennies on the dollar.

And the previously untapped marketing possibilities literally go on and on. Don’t you agree? So the $64,000 dollar question begs asking. How can any profiting seeking entrepreneur afford to ignore these proven small business promotion ideas? Especially when some of them are so low cost.
