Entrepreneur Steadily Building Momentum Is A Matter Of Consistently Getting Small Things Done! Part Two

As you recall from part one of this ongoing series. If you’re both serious, extremely dedicated and laser focused on building momentum of any kind entrepreneur. Then you need to remember to take things one at and time.

In order to be sure you’re definitely moving in the right direction. Otherwise you’re definitely working hard but not necessarily smart. You may not believe or realize it just yet. But there is definitely not a lack of real untapped marketing opportunities available for you or your major competitors. Say what? Nod your head cadets because it’s true.

But “if” you and I are not properly prepared for them. Then they may as well not even exist, right? Honestly if you got invited right now to be a guest on Derek Gehl’s “Project Ignite” podcast. (And BTW for the record I have no idea “how” many downloads his podcasts averages per episode. But I know it’s plenty.)

But whatever his number happens to be. Are you ready to deliver an informative and entertaining message which will definitely benefit his and other similar audiences? So it may mean you simply need to dial things back a notch or two, correct?

Entrepreneur Building Your Brand The Right Way! (Means Respecting Where You Currently Are And Not Trying To Sell Pure Vision Over Current Substance!)

Case point. How many of already know and recognize the name Austin Iuliano of austiniuliano.com fame? I originally became aware of Austin and is incredibly entertaining story via Derek Gehl’s “Project Ignite” podcast . (See the screenshot image below.

Building momentum

The extremely condensed version of Austin-s incredibly rise to social media Personal Branding Expert is definitely worth hearing. But basically when Austin lived somewhere in upstate New York. He initially found success running some type of Mom & pop service of some kind.

Then suddenly without warning…. (It usually is, right?) The business all but completely bit the bust. But rather than give up on his dream of being a successful entrepreneur. Austin and his girlfriend decide to literally pack up everything they own and head off to (The Big Apple) New York city.

But here’s the totally not so exciting part. Upon arriving their. Initially neither he or his girlfriend personally knew anyone. Say what? And there was no cushy six figure a year job with mega benefits and a luxury penthouse apartment waiting on them to stylishly decorate.

And they initially had to temporarily stay in his car. As opposed to the Four Seasons. Huh? And “who” other than the two of them really knows. How long it took for them to have to stop sleeping in his car.

And “how” they managed to eat at least once a day or “where’ they were able to shower (hopefuly!0 at least once every other day or so, right? And “how” either one or both of them were able to keep their cell phones on and keep his cars car insurance payments current.

While he worked on figuring things out. And maybe his girlfriend worked as much as possible on landing any type of job. Just so they could at least check into a lower rate hotel. And start at least being able to shower everyday and grab at least one decent meal per day.

Initially Starting Out Can And Typically Is Pretty Rough! (But Some Forms Of Rough Are Definitely Tougher Than Others!)

And of course while the two of them were busy with these most pressing tasks. Both of them had to periodically assure their parents or legal guardians things are definitely okay. And not to worry about them temporarily being homeless and sleeping in his car.

In of all places New York city. (And hopefully not during the brutal cold summer months, right?) Of course no real life story is that cut and dry, right? There’s plenty of gaps to feel.

But hopefully that’s enough of his initial back story. So we can now move on to the much juicer details every body definitely wants to know, agreed?

Entrepreneur take a closer look at this next screenshot image. It’s a visual sound bite of some of his most impressive-recent- media appearances.

Building momentum

Take notice to the two blue arrows pointing out two of his many impressive “social proof” assets. And if you look real close at his second level. You ‘ll see his “The #ASKGARYVEESHOW” credit as well.

But here’s my question to you. If one of the “Huffington Post” editors were to reach out to you right now. I offer you the paid opportunity to write a series of guest blog posts on their blog. (And  they also offer you the opportunity to have at least one guest appearance on their  podcast.

Entrepreneur do you currently have any suitable material or subject matter to share with their audience? Or what if the produce(s) of “TEDX” were to reach out to you.

Entrepreneur are you sure you’re ready for that type of step? To date “what’s” the large live or virtual audience you’ve had the pleasure of speaking to yet? Are you even comfortable on video or being interviewed for radio?

(It’s both a well known and documented fact. An incredibly large percentage of Americans rate fear of “public speaking” over the “fear of death.”

Maybe You Should Initially Start Small And Gradually Build From There!

So what good would it do you or I to get invited on any type of influential show. And it quickly become apparent we’re simply not ready deliver or over deliver at that particular level just yet?

How damaging and embarrassing would it be to our future long term credibility? The host will definitely recover. But what about us? Entrepreneur “what” real good would it possibly do you.

If you got booked on either a popular podcast, TV or radio show. And suddenly 125 potential prospects wanted to either buy your digital or physical products or services.

Other than your PayPal account. Are you set u to take credit card orders. (It’s definitely okay for now if you’re not.) However, if you’re attempting to go to the next level or two. And suddenly the ball starts rapidly rolling in that direction. Are you sure you’re really ready both emotionally and financially to handle it?

Sometimes Way Too Much Way Too Soon! (Can And Will Quickly Become An Aspiring Entrepreneurs Temporarily Or Permanent Downfall!)

Do you have any realistic idea whatsoever. How a respected vendor like PayPay will react to. You having your account basically be deader than the University of Florida during spring break.

To suddenly being asked to processing 125 or  X amount of orders at $297 dollars each or more.(You so got that right.) They would immediately red flag your account and stop all transferring of money. Say what? because your account has suspicious activity on it.

Meanwhile, you now have X about of potential customers, (who were once raving fans), now continuously flooding your site and social media accounts they’re currently following you on. Demanding an immediate refund.

And it potentially just gets worse and worse from there. The overall moral to this not so far fetched tale? Definitely continue to dream big as you possibly can. Just gradually take much smaller realistic steps.

And make sure those steps are definitely in the right direction. (Learn as much as you possibly can from your inevitable mistakes we all definitely make. Those of us sincerely trying anyway.))

Have a little fun and don’t take every little thing so serious. Invest in coaches and mentors who just a little ahead of you. Initially you don’t need the the pricey gurus.

Until you’ve got your feet wet And now you know “what” setting and achieving realistic goals really looks and feels like. My friend and fellow profit seeking entrepreneur. This is “how” you systematically go about building momentum which lasts. Any questions?
