For ex; here’s an incredibly powerful, potential strategic joint venture just waiting to happen! The local restaurant owner will approach one of their regulars (that just so happens) to be an extremely successful local jeweler, with three current local stores and possibly a fourth location opening fairly soon!

For the restaurant customers that order (either) one of the more expensive items on the menu or one of the more expensive (and popular) bottles of wine and  or champagne!

The restaurant owner will have a special JV arrangement with the jeweler, that will definitely help both business owners generate far more positive word of mouth and mouse buzz! For literally pennies on the dollar! Observe!

1.) First, the restaurant owner gets some of those nice $200 dollar diamond stud earrings from their local jeweler JV partner. And here’s what they’ll do with them. Anytime their extremely loyal customers do any of the aforementioned.

They will have their highly trained wait staff leave a small (but decorative) box on their customers table!(Especially, whenever it’s  a couple dining out!) In the box, will be just one of the $200 -$400 dollar diamond studded earrings! Say what? Hold on now!

Also included in the box is one their ( or your) best market tested, two sided lead capture page type of direct response business cards, that invites the lady to (either) get the other diamond studded earring, which normally retails for $200 dollars or X!

3.) And finally… (not really!), If your restaurant offers valet parking and or there is a local paid parking garage near by. Have either your valet parking specialist, include the box, and one of the diamond studded earrings and your best two sided lead capture type of business cards, in every customer that drives any rather expensive, yet slightly newer luxury car!

Leave it in right in the drivers seat! With a nice thank card included as well! Or you can keep running those stale local adds and wondering why the only thing that’s consistently growing is your anxiety attacks!
