Your business assets

Hopefully after initially reading and re-reading part one of this ongoing series. You should now definitely have a much deeper understanding. And appreciation. Of why you and or your major competitors.

Need to systematically leverage your business assets. Especially when you and or your major competitors can do so for literally pennies on the dollar. Don’t you agree?

You don’t initially need extremely deep pockets. Unless you simply prefer writing checks. It’s okay to get or become creative, agreed?

Entrepreneur Please Stop Overlooking The Potentially Profitable Strategic Alliances All Around You!

Imagine the following scenario carefully unfolding. As you recall in part one. Either a start up chiropractor. And or an established local chiropractor. With one or two successful offices. Already up and running.

After becoming a customer of a local, mom & pop type of yoga studio owner. They offer their chiropractic services. (At either their actual hard cost. And or the 1st session for free! If their states permits them to do so!) To the both yoga studio owner(s.) Their current and future employees.

And or the yoga studio owners current and future vendors. This would at least a strategy worth inexpensively testing. For brand new start up chiropractor.

Trying to build their long term repeat customer base. For literally pennies on the dollar.

This way, before they get too far into debt. With unsustainable overhead. They could sort of test the waters, agreed?

Who Says Scaling Your Efforts Automatically Means Doubling Your Efforts!

For just a moment. Let’s quietly reverse the situation. And take a closer look at the previously untapped marketing possibilities. Let’s say the local chiropractor is already established.

And currently has two successful offices in different parts of town. And one of their long term repeat customers.

Is a certified yoga instructor. Who really wants to open their own studio. But lacks the necessary capital to do so. (A situation which is probably very common, correct? 😎

What if the cash flush, experienced chiropractor. (And or successful local business owner and or service provider.) Agrees to pay all or part of the yoga studio owner(s) commercial lease.

In exchange for the yoga studio owner. And or local vendor making their current and future customer base. And or their current and or future employees. And or their current and or future vendors etc.

Inexpensively available to the chiropractor. (If this were an actual paid session and or high end paid webinar.)

You/we could really explore/A/B split test at least a few. Previously untapped marketing/promotional possibilities. 😀 Hopefully within these two blog posts segments.

You’re starting to better appreciate why you and I definitely need to leverage your business assets, agreed?
