Granted, while strategically A/B split testing on a consistent basis will definitely help you out promote your current and future major competitors.
Who for whatever reasons. Fail to utilize this rather brain dead simple marketing strategy. Doing so will most definitely open your marketing eyes incredibly wide.
And you or your major competitors will discover even more proven strategies and tactics. For inexpensively scaling your business and or service. Sound like a proven process you’d definitely like to learn more about?

Case in point. by now, at least some of you recognize the guy featured in the main image for this particular blog post, correct? Why it’s none other than mega successful!
Former “Creative Financing” real estate investment guru Dave Del Dotto. Whose mega best selling books, free 60- 90 minute front end introductory workshops. “How to” videos, free and paid newsletters. Along with his semi pricey 3 – 5 day “Real Estate Wealth Creation Retreat Boot Camps!”
Made both him and a slew of his contemporaries in his hey day. A ton of money. Even though Dave got into some trouble with the FTC. And ultimately paid a fine in the neighborhood of $200,000 dollars!
There is simply no denying the overall success of his marketing/publishing enterprises!
Dave’s Proven Marketing Prowess Marketing Expertise Among His Peers Was Second To None!
Dave and his expert marketing/publishing team. Was literally masters at different types of lead generating strategies and tactics. Now remember ladies & gentlemen. Even though both Dave and his handpicked team were definitely experts at marketing and promoting.
The following hypothetical marketing examples. Are literally for illustration purposes only. Two of the simplest, if not brain dead simple, proven, front end marketing strategies. Dave’s team could inexpensively test are the following.
1.) Potentially profitable marketing strategy # one: When local attendees call into the toll free number. In order to sign up for Dave’s outrageously popular, free 60 or 90 minute front end introductory workshop.
They would be made aware. Simply for dragging a friend with them to Dave’s free introductory workshops. Who are at least 21. They automatically get entered into a free drawing. Where two guaranteed winners.
One male and one female guaranteed winners. Who are at least 21. They both automatically win Dave’s “Cash Flow System.” Which at that time routinely retailed for $297 dollars.
This one proven strategy would typically cause anywhere from 20- 60% of those registering for the free workshop. To enthusiastically drag an eligible bestie, friend, spouse, co-worker, relative, neighbor or in law with them! 😀
The Ultimate Form Of marketing Leverage Is Consistently Generating More And More! (From Less Ongoing Effort!)
This way both Dave and his most successful contemporaries of his era. Could consistently generate more and more attendees to free front end, lead generating workshops. For the same or less upfront investment. 😀
Plus continuously build his ongoing offline database. For literally pennies on the dollar. because Dave will also be consistently using his database. To form potentially profitable JV (Joint Venture) arrangements with other non directly competing entrepreneurs.
Who rather than attempting to simply rent his constantly growing list of attendees to his free intro workshops. They prefer to share anywhere from 25 – 50% of the gross front end profits their promotions generate.
From marketing/promoting to Dave and his other contemporaries lists/offline databases. (Because remember, Dave and his most successful contemporaries real hey days.
Were primarily the early 80’s to mid 90’s. Basically the pre Internet era as we know and recognize it today. So neither he nor them were able to strategically build their own opt in email lists.
And of course Dave would turn this particular database over to a reputable list manager. And they will only rent it out to other non directly competing vendors who can rent a bare bones minimum of 5,000 names or more. At X per name.
Opportunity Is Simply Waiting For You And I Or Your Major Competitors To Answer!
2.) Potentially profitable marketing strategy # two: Simply for registering for Dave’s free introductory workshop. Every sign up will be offered one of Dave’s best, market tested ‘upsell”/ ‘OTO” (One Time Only) offers.
Like being able to either purchase. Any of Dave’s separate workbooks. Which are included in his “Cash Flow System” course. Which includes his “Lease With Options” workbook. 101 Creative Ways To Buy A House With little Orv No Money Down Techniques.”
Or His “How To Make A Fortune With Foreclosures” workbook. Or his “How To Buy Or Sell Half A House Using Equity Sharing” strategies.
Or one of his popular video recordings. Of one of his popular 4 or 8 hour paid workshops. Any of these can be purchased at Dave’s actually hard cost. But they can only do so before they get off the phone. (This is often referred to as the strategic use of “scarcity” ladies & gentlemen. :-D)
Clearly 1-5% or X% of those signing up will take advantage of this type of front end offer.
This way Dave’s astute marketing/publishing company can readily identify some of the buyers. This way those new customers will definitely receive some additional. Far more pricey back end offers down the road.
Entrepreneur can you now better appreciate “how” some creative marketing incentives. Can be or become potentially profitable? 😎
