What are you doing right now to consistently keep the rent or mortgage or light bill paid? Are you currently employed full or part time? Or are you currently working more than one job? Or maybe you’ve got a traditional job and your own side hustle going.

On thee other hand. Imagine you’ve created either. Your very own or co-authored an ebook or PDF (Portable Document File.) Or you record your own video or audio webinar and upload it to your youtube channel. Again, since youtube owns the content you publish on their platform.
Your account could get shutdown for any reasons they deem valid.
But suppose, (like me and a gazillion others all over the world.) You currently have or you’re about to start periodically publishing fresh, ‘how to” problem solving content for your ideal target audience. On your very own, self hosted WordPress blog
(Major congrats BTW.) Now who’s in control? You can decide to convert several of your blog posts into an ebook or PDF or special report. And give it away, as a free list building lead magnet.
Obviously you can creatively massage the report. So it goes into even deeper detail than your blog posts did. And offer even more valuable coaching or consulting on the back end. So that anyone who joins your list.
In order to get their hands on this specific report. Or free or extremely time sensitive webinar recording. (be it audio or video.) Will be far more likely to want to take advantage of your paid consulting or coaching packages.
Your Free Or Extremely Low Cost Paid Products Or Services Can Be Or Quickly Become The Springboard To Your Higher End Products Or Services!

But these evergreen services can be or quickly become gateway services to higher ticket products or services as well.
