And the best part is (entrepreneur), every one of these three, broad based email marketing templates, have various sub categories, which have yet to be adequately explored! Case in point:

Try Not To Be A Pioneer When It Comes To Effective Email Marketing Campaigns!(Don’t Try And Reinvent The Wheel!)
1.) Proven email marketing template strategy # one: Sense you already know, your very first (official) email message to your brand new opt in subscriber, should be your standard, “Welcome” type of email message, correct?
That being being said. Entrepreneur, do you realize, there are (very) different types of “Welcome” email message tones, you can and definitely should take!Say what? That’s correct.
For ex: Are you and your audience, involved in an industry, which lends it’self, to a “warm & fuzzy” type of relationship? If so, ladies & gentlemen, make that approach, the corner stone of your very first “Welcome” email message, and possibly the second one as well.
On the other hand, is your industry and therefore your audience, far more serious and steeped in tradition? If so, it’s best, your very first “Welcome” email message, be far more formal, traditional and serious in nature.
The point is, write your “Welcome” email message(s), and the first few follow up email messages in your sequence, in order to set the appropriate tone for your specific audience,so you can try and match (both) you and your audiences overall personality type as much as you possibly can.
And you’ll quickly discover, how much easier, your overall writing in general will start to flow! And your (temporary) writers block, (emails and otherwise) will definitely be looking for work elsewhere, that much sooner!
Effective Business Email Marketing Campaigns Don’t Have To Be Cold And Distant!
2.) Proven email marketing template strategy # two: Quick note, you’re initial “Welcome” email message (s), doesn’t have to be limited to just one initial email message.Say what?
That’s correct, you can extend your welcome tone, onto the next follow up message or two, before you actually start getting into the meat of your ongoing (follow up) drip campaign.
But more importantly, the next part of your potential, evergreen email marketing strategy, to help you overcome your -temporary- writers block, is your remaining follow up series itself.
Is it an ongoing, multi part e-course style format? If so, bare in mind, your subscribers, (just like you and I), are extremely busy individuals too!
So they would really appreciate it, if your follow up series, gets right to the real value, which they initially subscribed to get!
On the other hand, do your email marketing campaigns, have more to do with alerting your subscribers, to upcoming on or offline events, announcements of brand new services, temporary or permanently adjusted or extended hours etc.
Or to announce your four major seasonal inventory arrivals, or “close out sale” events notices etc.In which case, your evergreen email marketing strategy, is to not just send, cold clammy, bland, un-engaging email messages!
Instead, (if it applies), send less formal messages, which reflect just “how” much your business/firm, stresses the family friendly/community aspect of your relationship with your customers and or clients etc.
And just as a quick aside: Entrepreneur, don’t attempt to write your email messages, as if you’re writing to your entire list! (Big mistake!) Instead, write as if you’re writing to one of your closest, friends, relatives and or respected associates!(As if you’re just sending them a private text message. That’s the proven writing tone to take!)
And you’ll immediately start to notice, how much easier writing your email campaigns will become!
3.) Proven email marketing template strategy # three: Here’s s your third major consideration, with regards to, getting into the proper mindset, so matter which email marketing template approach you choose, you’ll be in the proper mindset.
Entrepreneur, periodically study some of your most intriguing, past email messages, with -either- current or past customers and or patients etc.
Because in those exchanges, you’ll find (or re-discover) the proper tone you need or should take, each time you begin writing, your follow up drip campaign(s.)
Or your 3-7 day ecourse or your PDF special report, free lead magnet giveaway.Truth told, it really doesn’t matter (so much), what type of email marketing campaign you’re currently involved in or about to write about.
As long as you write it, from your end users perspective. If you recently did, or you happen to do ongoing telephone consultations.
Your problem solving tone and approach, will work equally as well, once you decide to start constructing your email mail campaigns.Don’t you agree? Now as is customary during this part of our show.

I agree with Ryan, great tips Mark. For the record, I do not believe in “writer’s block” but that said, I think your advice using templates is brilliant. I use them, plus I have a huge clip file by category. When I find an article, research report, form, whatever, that sparks my interest, that puppy goes right into my file. I never run out of ideas because I’m always on the lookout for inspiration. I think waiting until we h-a-v-e to write something is setting ourselves up for a serious case of brain freeze. 🙂

Hi Mark,
3 awesome tips here buddy. I love keeping email simple. REALLY simple lol. With a few lines and redirect to my blog I streamline emails to get more clicks and to get more fannies on my blog. But I usually hit pain points or a glowing benefit to goad folks to click. Thinking from their perspective. Which is like your tip 3. Just do what works and what’s worked before for other email marketers. Zero need to reinvent the wheel. Works just fine, thank you, and in truth it’s always worked awesomely, thank you.
Fab post Mark.
Thanks for sharing and have a fun week dude!
