As you previously discovered in the first two installment of this series about “why” you definitely need to start a blog!
For the small business owner and or service provider, that’s just a bit resource challenged (aka), you basically don’t have deep corporate pockets!
You basically need a proven -inexpensive-way to get your extremely valuable marketing expertise in front of the right eyeballs. And your state of the art WordPress blog is a great vehicle to do it!
You Start A Blog! Absolutely!
Picking up on the theme from reason # seven from part two in this series. Entrepreneur, each time you take the time to create fresh new original content that you post on your blog. That’s -potentially- just the tip of your proverbial content marketing iceberg! For ex; here at least nine more potential uses of each original blog post.
To help expand your reach -and multiply your marketing leverage by simply re-purposing your extremely valuable content. Be mindful that you can do (and should do) just a few of these proven low cost, high impact marketing strategies.
Every bodies different, so it’s best you start out with the low hanging fruit, and utilize the marketing strategies that best fit your strengths,personality and budget. Which means after you create your original blog post. You can also:
1.) Create a squidoo lens and link back to your original post, in order to create a high page ranked back link.
2.) You can and should create a hubpage, and create another a high page rank back link. keep in mind you could very easily outsource these two article assignments on fiverr.com or elance.com. So they’re extremely low cost projects.
3.) You can also create (either) an on screen video or an off screen capture video. (Or create an ongoing how to video series! Entrepreneur it’s done all the time!)
4.) You can create a highly informative ‘how to” ebook/PDF (Portal Document File) file that you could either giveaway as a free lead generator, (like mine!) or use it as a low cost front end paid information product!

5.) You could create an audio pod cast or series of “how to” problem solving pod casts, around any given subject.(And give away the first one and sell the remaining ones! Or sell the entire series as a low cost front information product Or…? Hopefully you get the point!
6.) You could create a free lead generating or paid webinar presentation. (Entrepreneur are your creative marketing juices flowing yet?)
7.) You could create a free or paid tele seminar series! (And let someone else actually sell it, because your lead capture web address will be strategically mentioned throughout the entire presentation!)
8.) You and another joint venture partner (s) could -inexpensively test- in order to discover if it would make financial sense to create an entirely different niche newsletter that you publish (once every quarter), and your contribution is creating the original content once every three months and they handle the actual publishing and database building.
They’ll keep 100% of the subscription fees and handle 100% of the administrative duties. And you’ll keep 100% of any back end income you create as a direct result of your articles or paid webinars and or tele seminars or offline event etc!Bingo!
Or vice versa! Just depending on whatever strength you each think you bring to the table!
9.) And finally.. after you’ve published X amount of all of the above, you might inexpensively test if it’s worth uploading all of it, plus some other extremely valuable fresh original problem solving content from other experts!
And create a paid membership site where you charge X amount per month and now entrepreneur, you’ve just created an extremely valuable asset, that can and will pay you some very good passive monthly or quarterly income (hopefully) for years and years to come!
You could offer a 14 day to one month trial membership for just X and then upgrade them to the full price after the trial period ends etc! In any event, dude, you’re not still wondering if you should start a blog or not, are you? Hopefully not! Because the marketing possibilities are truly endless, don’t you agree?
