Don’t Offer These Three Bonuses Unless You really Want Your Customers To Know How Special They Are!

Ever watch any of the awards shows? Notice the the celebs that walk down the red carpet? Notice the treatment they get? And “what” pray tell if anything, does that have to do  with whether or not, you’re going to be strategically using low cost, high impact bonuses to generate more business? Great question. Hold that thought.

Closer to the point, do you ever notice “who” actually gets allowed inside the so called “velvet ropes!” Ah yes, only those with the very highest VIP standings! And so it goes entrepreneur, so it goes.. The point being; no matter what your your particular business, product or service is.

You my friend, have a certain segment of your current clientele, that are most certainly “A” list-ers!  And you (and I) would be wise (and savvy marketers) to treat them that way!

 Introducing  The Strange Precarious Relationship Between The A List-ers, Your Long Term Profits, Bonuses And You!

Remember, not so long ago, we had the temporary protest from some of the disgruntled so called “Wall Street protesters!” And they were (temporarily) so upset about all the perks, that the so called “one per-centers” were getting!

My friend, it’s that exact same group within your/our current customer/client base, that if you will merely strategically water (acknowledge) their existence, that process will greatly enhance your chances of dramatically growing your business and or service.

Primarily because they are a small, but extremely valuable part of your all important 20% customer/client base, that equates to 80% of your long term profits!

 Three Simple Bonuses That Should Definitely Apply To Your One Per- Centers!

Yes, you can curse the rich or more affluent among your current customer/client base! And systematically ignore what their bring to the table! Or you can (and should) wise up! And recognize, what they truly bring to the table! Namely, they can and will  positively spread their “celebrity” status among others of similar financial and social means.

So let’s be crystal clear here; these “perks” are only being bestowed on the very precious one to five percent of your current (and extremely valued) customer/client base!

Because they’ll positively spread the word (on and offline), and bring you (and I) even more potential one per-centers, literally for pennies on the dollar!

1.) Super perk bonus # one: Entrepreneur, make sure anytime a customer or client purchases any of your most expensive (aka) top of the line products and services. You simply must recognize their all important anniversary date! And from now on; remind them (either) via snail mail or email or  phone call or all three!

And once per year on their anniversary of that first major purchase, do something really cool! Like, purchasing them diner at a really posh local restaurant and allow they to come  your store and (and as long they bring a new first time non customer with them), let both of them purchase any one item they want at your actual cost!

No maximum purchase prohibited!

2.) Super perk bonus # two: If your typical refund policy is anywhere from 30-90 days. Entrepreneur, “how” many of their other one – per- center friends, colleagues and associates do you think they will tell (brag about) their being able to return things or request a full refund, up to after 365 days or one full year after their purchase!

3.) Super perk bonus # three: And in the case of a retailer; anytime you are about to close out or discontinue any major items. You might inexpensively test a couple of tactics.

A.) Putting them on your exclusive “A” lister email and or text message or snail mail list and notify them first, before you make the general public aware of these special VIP closed door pre- publi closeout sales events!

B.) Or (what) if you also (with their permission) of course, alert them to any of your joint venture partners special VIP “A” listers pre- public “closed to the general public” closed out sales events!

Either way, don’t even seriously think about considering using any of these, low cost high impact bonus marketing strategies! Unless you really want to show your top one per-centers just “how” special they really are! Any questions?
