So what do you think needs to happen in terms of systematically building credibility? How would or do you currently go about building credibility?
Because you know building trust is a huge game changer when it comes to marketing/promoting or selling products or services. And the more you and I can build and maintain it. The easier and smoother than road will be or become. Don’t you agree?
Why It’s Definitely All About Consistently Building Trust!
So imagine the following situation. It’s nice balmy summer day. You’re at home or in your apartment or townhouse. About to binge watch one of your favorite streaming services.
When suddenly someone rings your doorbell. You open the door. And there’s an incredibly well dressed male sales rep. Who wants to talk to you about this totally amazing new product called “Super Hair Grow!” (Original right? 😎
Anyway, because he’s so passionate and over the top enthusiastic about this so called revolutionary product.
And he guarantees his presentation will take all of 15 minutes or less. (And it definitely doesn’t hurt that his extremely great looking tailored made suit.
Easily tops $1,500 dollars. 😀 You and your spouse and aspiring online or live in significant other invites him in invite him in.)
But it’s what happens next. Which totally blows you away?
When You Think About It! (Is It Believable?)
Here’s the main point. Just as he’s about to walk in. He removes his rather expensive hat. And just like the lady in the featured image above. He’s completely bald headed. Say what? 😀
So where’s this sales reps credibility? He/you or I are trying to sell, promote or market a product or service we clearly don’t believe in, correct? 😀
So what’s the main point here you so skeptically ask? Too many aspiring marketers. But especially aspiring online marketers. Far too many are attempting to sell high end products or services. As affiliates. (When they themselves don’t use the products or services themselves. 😀
How is that believable or credibility building in the eyes of your ideal prospects? You’re attempting to promote something.
Either you truly don’t believe enough in. Or you’re flat out to simply scam people. And you could care less about whether or not you having any credibility whatsoever.
I’m sure you’ve experienced this sort of thing too, correct? It’s not a very good look is it? Going forward, keep in mine.
Systematically building credibility is definitely a must. Don’t you agree?
