So How Does Your Customer Being Psychic Help Dramatically Improve Your Customer Engagement?

So are you psychic at all? Do you ever get any type of  psychic visions? Just checking. But even if you are, have you ever stopped to consider how you or some of your best customers or clients being psychic, to any degree, might dramatically help improve your customer engagement process?

It’s certainly no small feat mind you. but stop and consider the potential advantages for just a second.

First, you’d know exactly what type of products or services to offer/promote to your specific target audience would you not? No more time consuming A/B split testing necessary.

Next, you could anticipate and capitalize on your major competitors inevitable slip ups, could you not? But sense that’s not the case, nor is any of the above, likely to happen anytime soon.

Instead, let’s turn your attention to discovering how your best potential customers or clients, being psychic or curious as to whether they are in fact psychic, just might dramatically help improve your customer engagement.

So How Does Your Customer Being Psychic Or Wondering If They Are In Fact Psychic Help Dramatically Improve Your Customer Engagement?

So here’s how this particular blog post really came about. Recently while on a round table type of Internet marketing webinar. One of the participates was a lady that (believe it or not) has a blog on of all things,  ghosts and psychic energy etc. Go figure. And during the question portion of our session, she asked if anybody had any marketing ideas on how she might increase her customer engagement percentages.

The webinar promoter posted her blog on the screen and asked “what” type of suggestions, anybody had to help increase her customer engagement  opportunities.

First of all you need to know, that her blog in essence was nothing more than a glorified brochure type of old school static website in cyberspace. You know the type. It was really old school, in that her header was more of the welcome to my blog on ghosts and psychic energy etc.

Of course she had no  opt in offer of any kind and was just being to become aware that she should even have one. Which also meant, she currently had no free or paid autoresponder service of any kind either. (And of course she was just becoming aware of what they were and all of the amazing ways he could help her online presence.

In any event, when it was my turn to offer my two cents, I basically asked two initial questions. (A) Are the majority of her visitors women or men? (B.) And what basically were the age rages? (As best she could tell.)

She replied, that as near as she could tell, the vast majority of her visitors were in fact women. And that the ages broke primarily into two distinct camps. The first camp was primarily teenage girls, ages 14-19. And older women 50 and older.

Then I asked, “what” if any was the most frequently asked question or inquiry  she received? And she said by far, her # one most frequently asked question was,
“is there a way or how can you tell if you’re psychic?”

I then asked if she had a problem with either writing or paying someone to create a highly informative special report, addressing that issue? She said she could easily do it herself.

(That Approach Is Far Easier To Get Them Engaged!)

Next, I asked if she were afraid to do or had she ever done an in front of the camera type of promotional video. She said she had not, but she wasn’t opposed to giving it a try.

So I suggested, she would be extremely wise to start inexpensively testing the waters by creating various free special reports, for lead generations purposes.

And she could start with  the following two approaches. First, create one entitled: ‘Three Incredibly Simple Ways To Find Out If You Are In Fact Psychic?” (And How Not To Let It Disrupt Your Life If You Are!)

And since she also mentioned that another question that she frequently gets asked is; “how to tell if your kids are psychic?” I suggested she also test by creating a special free opt in lead generating report entitled: “Three Simple Test You Can Use To Discover If Your Kids Are Psychic?” Or something along those lines.

Because that might cause at least some of her curious first time visitors to join her list, don’t you think? In any event, can you see how that type of approach, can and should increase her customer engagement levels?

If so, that my friend is how their being psychic, helps dramatically improve her customer engagement levels? What say you?

  1. Hi Mark,

What great suggestions you have made to this woman. You asked her the appropriate questions about her target market. Then you clinched it when you asked her what was the most popular question her clients asked. Fantastic!!!

As for the video…hmmm Doing that mind transfer can be quite off the target due to variables. OK I’ll tell you my secret. I am a psychic. I have been doing this for over 30 years. Yes, born psychic but that’s a long story.

I have studies parapsychology. And scientists have studied me. Another long story.

However, when I first came online, I didn’t want to brand myself as a psychic because the niche is narrow and it excludes many people. Not only that, but I have enough of clients to handle.

I wish I could have been part of the conversation you had with her because I find her niche fascinating.

your story, because that’s sure to be a doozy!

As far as the questions, we were all just trying to figure out
how to help a fellow student get to the next level asap!

But thanks so much for your totally
awesome comments and extremely positive feedback!

And for your continuous support! I so appreciate it!

  3. Setting the psychic stuff aside for a moment (though it’s a perfect analogy!). Great tips on engaging customers Mark. I’ve been reviewing my materials the past week or so and have begun incorporating more open ended questions. It’s a small thing but I’ve already seen an uptick in responses.

Now to the psychic thing. I never believed in the psychic thing until something very scary happened. A group of us stopped at this woman’s (a psychic) house on the way to a drag race. One of the things she did was read palms and I refused to let her read mine because I thought the whole thing was a joke. As we were leaving her house she stopped me and walked me away from the group and then took my hand – didn’t even look at my palm – just held my hand. She then told me to not sit in seats near the race track at the rack – she actually described the area – because there was going to be an accident. I tried to laugh it off, but honestly she was so serious she creeped me out big time so when I insisted to my date that we move our seats he thought I’d lost my mind because they were premium right on the track.

Finally we did move – and half way through the race 2 cars collided and both went through the fencing right up into the grandstand – where we would have been sitting. Still gives me chicken skin to think about it. So yep, now I’m a believer. 🙂

    • Wow Marquita!

How scary and eerie was that! I know exactly what you mean though! That whole psychic reading process
does appear to be a big scam and Dionne Warwick and Miss Cleo and others all over late night TV years ago!

With those (at best) questionable infomercials etc!
That really didn’t help their case!

Thank goodness the two of you were no where near that situation when it happened!

I got tensed up just reading what you shared! My goodness! There’s definitely some things that define
convention wisdom!Great story! And thank you for stopping by to share it and for
      your continuous support!

I totally appreciate it! It really makes blogging so much more fulfilling!! Can’t wait to check out your latest post!
