You don't have to be an expert  (To Be Of Service To Your Target Market!)

I recently saw a video on Linkedin. Unfortunately I still haven’t figured out how you can get a video link from Linkedin.

(If it can actually be done. 😀 ) Anyway, What I saw on this video. Is a powerful reminder of how and why.

You and I definitely don’t have to be an expert of any kind. In order to be of major service to them.

It’s a very powerful and potentially profitable marketing strategy. Which doesn’t require a fortune 5oo ad budget. In order to implement as often as you wish to, correct?

Let’s Talk About Being Of Service To Your Ideal Prospects Or Customers!

Let me quickly set the stage. This video on Linkedin featured an older gentlemen in a wheelchair. (It appeared to be somewhere in the middle east.) And he was trying to cross this incredibly busy four lane highway.

Two lanes of traffic going in opposite directions. This man managed to wheel himself up to the edge of the highway. And he was patiently waiting for his chance to try and cross.

And the cars in both directions never really seemed to let up. (Suddenly a young man drove up and parked his car on the side of the highway.)

Without being asked he jumped out of his car. Got behind this man in the wheelchair. (And he didn’t appear to be related to the man either.)

He slowly eased the man out. Until gradually the cars coming came to a complete stop. While he wheeled the man into the intersection. Then waited slowly while the cars going.

Eventually came to a complete stop. And he eventually crossed the man to the other side. (BTW, the featured image with this particular post. Is not the actual picture taken from the video.)

 

Go Ahead And Start Leveraging Your Assets!

Now here’s the $64,000 dollar question. Once the young man successfully got the wheelchair bound man to the other side.

Do you think the old man turned to him and asked any of three of the following questions.

1.) Q # one: What Ivy league college did you graduate from?

2.) Q # two: What type of nursing license do you have?

3.) Q # three: Do you by chance work in the social service industry? (And if so, how long?)

Here’s the point. Your/our ideal prospects and customers/clients. Are less concerned with where you or I may or may not have gone to school. Or what particular type of professional designations you/we may or may not have.

Or how long you/we have or haven’t been performing a particular service.

As long as you and I get successfully demonstrate/proven. You/we can successfully get them from point “A” to point “B” and beyond.

It Certainly Doesn’t Hurt If You’re A So Called Recognized Expert In Your Particular Niche! (But You Definitely Don’t Have To Be!)

Case in point. Have you ever taken your desktop or laptop computer, to a local, non franchised, mom & pop computer store. Did or does it matter to you.

A.) How long they’ve been in business?

B.) Where or how they learned and developed their expertise?

As long as they’re qualified to solve our particular issues, correct? And so it comes with your ideal prospects, customers and or clients.

Demonstrate/proven you/we can successfully get them from point “A” to point “B” and beyond. In a reasonable and affordable manner.

As a matter of fact aspiring entrepreneur. Since you’re definitely ready. To initially take your business and or service to the very next level.
