At least some of you have seen those late night/early morning cable TV creative real estate investing info-mercials, correct? Typically they’re 30-60 minute sales promotions. Where the real estate information promoter.
Is marketing some type of creative real estate investment system. Where you and I can systematically invest in reasonably priced pieces of investment property. Using little or none of our own money or credit to purchase them.
But another extremely well kept secret. Was “how” these extremely savvy promoters very creating additional income streams of their own.
Primarily by selling their “secrets” to creating wealth. By creatively investing in various types of income producing properties. Meanwhile, they “sell” the secrets to doing so. 😀 Proof positive information marketing definitely works. Does it not?
There’s Always Room For Some Creative Marketing Ideas!
One of the real estate info marketers most successful entrepreneurs. Was a guy named Dave Del Dotto. You can still find some of his videos on Youtube. And his some of his most popular books and courses are still being sold on ebay.
Back when Dave’s company was at it’s peak. His publishing company was selling on average 1,500 of his then, $287 dollar cash flow system real estate investment courses via late night cable TV per week.
(I’ll let you do the math. 😀 ) Minus the cable TV air time. His multiple toll free numbers. And of course his fulfillment cost and staff etc.
Along with that particular income stream. Dave along with several other of his most competitive contemporaries. The late Carleton Sheets, mega best selling author Robert G. Allen, Russ Whitney And Ed Beckley. Just to name a few. Another one of their mega big money makers.
Revolved around running a series of 30-45 minute TV+ info-mercials. Then invited the local residents to a free 90-120 minute introductory workshop.
Where of course they routinely sold both courses, videos, books and $5 – $7 thousand dollar week long boot camp retreats on the back end.
There’s Plenty Of Profit Centers To Be Both Created And Maximized!
Even though Dave’s publishing company was at it’s peak before the Internet anywhere near close to the level of sophistication is now.
One of things Dave specialized in. Even way back then was strategic database building. For example; even back in the 80’s to mid 90’s.
Dave had a network of nationwide American investors. Who were eager to partner with Dave’s students. And provide $10,000 dollars in -investment capital. Up to at least $2 million dollars.
But in Dave’s free 90-120 minute introductory workshops. Since these super successful info marketers literally traveled from town to town.
Dave along with his contemporaries had a ton of ongoing costs. Like first class airfare both he and his fulfillment staff. Their hotel costs. The room or rooms they rent to host the free introductory workshops.
The not exactly cheap local ads they run. Both on local radio, TV and newspapers etc.
There’s A Lot Of Previously Untapped Profit Centers Slightly Buried In These Cash Flow Generating Information Marketing Businesses!
