Simple Ways To Market Your Business Or Service For Maximum Results!

So who else is up for discovering some incredibly simple ways to market your business or service? Especially if you’re just starting out and you’re not in the position to simply write big checks.

Or even if you are in the financial position to do so. You’re going to at least test utilizing some other potentially valuable resources or assets you or some of your top JV (Joint Venture) or cross promotional partners already have.

And more times than not. Once you really deep dive and start getting creative in this particular area. Usually you’ll uncover some previously untapped goldmines.

Entrepreneur This Is Why You Should First Try And Market Your Business Or Service! (And Not Just Advertise It!)

Ladies & gentlemen it’s a pretty safe assumption the vast majority of you already know “who” mega best selling author and life and business strategist Tony Robbins is, correct? And who knows maybe you or someone you know, like and trust has already invested in some of his higher end products or services.

In any event Tony periodically hosts wildly popular live and virtual events. And people literally from all over the world attend. And encourage and refer tons of others, from literally all walks of life to do the same. Tony has high demand mastermind groups which typically range in prices from $100,000 to $1,000,000 per year.

And his some of his private, one one coaching clients. When he has time to offer them. They enthusiastically invest over a million dollars a year to get direct access to him and his world class team.

And did you notice (as of the publishing of this particular blog post) Tony already has an impressive 6,523,164 followers of various business or personal growth interest on Linkedin. And because both he and his extremely marketing savvy team recognize the potential danger of not trying to ethically bribe a percentage of those followers over to one of his VIP opt in email lists. Say what?

Because think about “what” could potentially happen if his Linkedin, (or any other social media account) account got temporarily or permanently shutdown. Huh?

Ladies And Gentlemen No Matter What! (Always Make Strategic List Building On Or Offline Job One!)

And strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. Let’s say Tony ethically bribes his followers to join a specific segmented list about proven insider secrets’ to “Estate Planning 101.” And their lead magnet giveaway is a free two hour recording of one of Tony’s top estate planner firms.

Which handles clients accounts up in the billions. Say what? And during the last twenty minutes of the recorded presentation. One of Tony’s top-long term clients.

Whose a licensed and incredibly successful residential real estate broker. Who routinely earns in excess of ten million dollars in front end commissions a year alone. She basically invited any of Tony’s current and future subscribers.

Who has a residential property located within the US only. And they wish to list it with her. She will guarantee to cap her front end commission at just 3%. Say what?

But the only caveat is your property has to be a home and currently appraised at a bare bones minimum of $750,000 dollars or X.

Entrepreneur So When Was The Last Time One Of Your Most Trusted Coaches Or Mentors Helped You Or A Loved Sell Your?

Now in this particular case. Both the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) nor the Real Estate broker is paying Tony or his team a dime in any type of commissions or referral fees. Huh?

For one thing since Tony is not a registered CFP nor registered Real Estate broker or agent. Doing so would be illegal. But “what” Tony and his extremely marketing savvy team is after is the continuous, positive word of mouth and mouse his incredibly marketing savvy gesture would generate.

Think about the long term marketing possibilities for just a second. A successful individual or successful power couple lists their home for sale on Tony’s exclusive network.

And let’s say this particular segmented list has a respectable 327,000 subscribers or X. And lets say 130,800 subscribers. Or 40% of the 327,000 routinely open Tony’s previously unscheduled, extremely time sensitive “broadcast” emails.(327,000 x .40% open rate = 130,800 subscribers at least routinely open these broadcast emails.)

Entrepreneur “how” many of these subscribers do the property seller(s) need in to order sell their house? Bingo. And “how” many of these subscribers does the real estate broker need in order to earn their flat fee of 3 or X%?

And even before the sale officially closes. Do you think both the real estate broker and their agent(s) and the property seller will be bragging like crazy both on and off of social media. Wouldn’t you?

Ladies & gentlemen there are lots of proven ways to market your business or services. And some of them may ultimately lead to you or your major competitors “discovering” a previously untapped goldmine. Don’t you agree?
