Ladies and gentlemen does anyone inside or out of your immediate circle of influence. Ever refer to you as a so called marketing guru? No worries, because guess what profit seeking entrepreneur?
Nobody I know, respect and trust ever refers to me in those glowing terms either. 😀 But even though this may be the case. Doesn’t automatically mean you and I and or your major competitors can’t consistently profit as if we are. 😀 Don’t you agree?
Whose Says Effectively Utilizing Some Good Ole Common Sense Marketing Strategies And Tactics Is Strictly Old School?

Just because no one says or officially recognizes me or you as a certified marketing guru or gurette just yet anyway. Their oversight has absolutely nothing to do with how effective and therefore potentially profitable. You and I can be or ultimately become. Don’t you agree?
Make Sure Your Main Or Top Priority Is To Constantly Over Deliver For Your Tribe! (And You’ll Remain Way Ahead Of The Curve And Or Your Major Competitors!)
As bold proof of the validity of the headline of my blog post. Since my 160 page self published workbook primarily targets biz opp seekers.
Who truth told. A staggering 98-99% of them will probably consistently earn a hit & miss part time income at best. (But not because this multi billion dollar a year industry isn’t fully loaded with all types of income generating possibilities!)
It’s just the vast majority who attempt to profit in it. Will ultimately decide to quit and move on the to the next big thing. Once or as soon as they “discover” some consistent elbow grease is needed. 😀
(This is just the undeniable reality of the biz opp industry.)
This being the case. As long as I or you can consistently generate 30,000 – 50,000 or more excited and motivated profit seeking biz opportunity seekers. (Who consistently follow through.)
Don’t Forget Some Of The Tallest Trees Originally Sprouted From The Tiniest Acorns!
Ladies & gentlemen even if a dismal half of a percent of 30,000. Or just 150 of them a month. (30,000 X .005 = 150 closed transactions per month.)
These half a percenters who submit an investment grade transaction. (Via the properly filled out transaction sheet(s) they submit to the institutional lender via fax. Which I also provide in my workbook. :-D)
Where the typical $750 dollar front end gross spread is split between them and myself 50/50.
They gross $375 per closed transaction, ( or X!) Minus their typical front end advertising/marketing costs to create the deal to begin with. And I continuously gross the other $375 or X amount of dollars per deal closed for creating the road map “how to” workbook in the first place. 😎
(Have a look at the hypothetical case study math. 150 or X number of closed transactions per month. I ‘d say it’s more than enough to keep the lights on, the cable and cell phone bill paid. And the mortgage or rent/lease payments current too. Don’t you agree? 😎
Absolutely Nothing Works Unless Or Until You Do!
And remember entrepreneur. Those 150 or X number of transactions closed per month. (Hypothetically speaking of course! 😀 ) That’s only the initial front end. 😀
We haven’t even begun to really explore the long term back end marketing possibilities yet. Profit seeking entrepreneur are those previously untapped marketing possibilities not interesting to consider? 😎 I sincerely hope so.
And the ultimate reason for me periodically sharing these potentially profitable marketing/promotional strategies with you. Is because you or someone you know or soon will know. 😎
